Does it still say the game install is 59.1 gigs after downloading the patch? I feel like mine went from 27% to finished and didn't download properly...

Seems good to me all games have been fine and full people with even spreads on the teams. No more waiting and lop sided games.

I got this primarily for multiplayer. Sucks. At least I have a bunch of other games to play.

I don't feel bad for 343 or MS. This is beyond a simple mistake. This should've been delayed. Not wasting my time trying anymore. I'll be back when it's fixed. So disappointed by this game.

Still can't get into a single game. I'm so disappointed. I want to curse up and down at 343 but it won't make a difference.

It's going to be weeks before this is fixed. What a crushing disaster. :(

Ok I feel bad in the sense I know what it's like to put everything into a project only for shit to happen in one way or another and it go utterly to shit in unexpected ways.

Who knows what actually happened but I agree it's inexcusable. It's broken... I feel let down. I just want to play MP.

I can't remember a MP game launching this broken before on console.

Only had to time to try two matches.

First was an even Big Team Battle match, second was an even H2A playlist match.

Also had two achievements unlock for things that I have already done dozens of times since the game came out, so there's that.

I'm not sticking up for 343i because the game should be running properly and isn't but bungie had one game to get right, 343 has 4. It's no excuse and maybe they were too ambitious.

Also it's lose not loose.

Yea, this is still out of hand. I can't even imagine how FUBAR'd the entire matchmaking system must be if they are still having issues after a 1.4gb patch. It's insane that it's happened and it's going to take far more work to get it working as intended it seems.

Just played about eight matches in a row that worked perfectly. The only issue is that we had a single player leave/drop out in some matches but other than that it was fine. Stayed with the party and everything after each match.

They need to make everyone quit out and get the patch. Last 2 times I have tried to start a match one person has had the spinning circle and the match wouldn't start.

Anyone know how to get out of the post game carnage report where it says 'Match Incomplete', and there is no B button option to quit?

Yep. Just had that, went to dash and quit the game from there and now it says they couldn't get my latest saved data and to try again or play offline. Try again doesn't work. Wtf lol

My experience post patch has been worse. Matchmaking is faster but I'm unable to complete matches due to myself and other players being kicked and lag that causes matches to end early. Before, it took 15 minutes to find a match but I could actually play and complete that match with full teams. The menus are also extremely buggy now and it's hard to tell what the game is doing during matchmaking (players connected, players flashing in and out of the roster, timers being off or frozen, etc.) Damn.

This is a fucking disaster, Jesus Christ. I got the match incomplete thing too and quit out of the game. Now it's stuck on that downloading data screen.

Literally how do you fuck things up this much?

Matchmaking somehow seems worse for me. Update didn't help at all. Now instead of just seeing "Searching..." I see "Players Found..." and then nothing.

Were you playing on Blackout in Halo 3 by any chance? Because like 2 minutes ago it happened to me too and I had to quit the game haha.

Wow, I do not think Matchmaking is any better then it was pre-patch. I got to play three games before giving up. It constantly gets stuck at either "Players Found..." or "Connecting Session..." and just sits there infinitely. If you let it sit there for a while, chances are you're going to get a message telling you that you couldn't connect to the Host. Also, when you go back into the lobby after a match, sometimes the "Next Match In" timer just freezes indefinitely.

Are they seriously going to have to patch the patch? And when are dedicated servers going online? I mean, the matches I played were pretty smooth, aside from a couple of instances in my third match that were questionable (and the fact that Halo Waypoint doesn't have a record of my 1st or 3rd match). But after my third match, when everyone backed out it did Host Migration.
