I'm finding matches fast but the game is still buggy as all hell. Never seems to keep me in the party after a game, and it just locked up on voting AGAIN, then when I quit the party the game crashed.

Much improved but still much improvement to be done.

I've got say without the Infinity Slayer bullshit, Halo 4 BTB is a great game. I know 343 initially came out and said BTB was gonna be their focus for Halo 4 and am glad to see it was executed.

Should mean well for their Halo 5 "e-sports" focus.

yeah i agree, BTB is pretty good in Halo 4.

Having the team work together to take down the Metal Gear looking vehicles is a lot of fun.

Yep, the longer life and more updates the better H4 BTB got. I liked both major variants Slayer Pro and Infinity at the end of the day.

H4 BTB without custom loadouts is pretty good IMO, and more fun than AR starts in Halo 3 BTB.

And let's not even discuss ranged battles in Halo 3.

There were some great maps in Halo 2/3 for BTB. Take the H4 sandbox and weapons (mostly the slayer pro BTB post Turbo variant) and apply it to the H2/3 maps. BTB objective gold right there.

Honestly a playlist with H2A BTB like that would challenge hot cake sales.

Everything shows up when I pause though... Weird glitch.

Man, it's going to take a ton of patience to get through Halo 2. I can't help but step away and try playing some multiplayer or somethin', because these snipers are giving me the blues.

Yeah I still can't get into a big team match either. Other playlists it seems better but now it just highlights the need for an objective playlist. Sick of BR slayer big-time.

I died over 1500 times playing 1-3 on legendary. At least 3/4 were to the snipers in 2 and 3. Just got to keep at it.

It was so that there are less playlists so you're more likely to encounter players due to there being less options to spread the population over.

Some of them are; Truth and Reconciliation is a brutal level.

Two Betrayals and Keyes can be pretty rough too, though.

I know. When I get consecutive good matches it makes me forget that the launch has been such a disaster. I can wait, there's nothing else out there that can scratch that arena shooter itch right now.

yeah i agree, BTB is pretty good in Halo 4.

It's not, plasma pistols and plasma nade starts killed it. Halo 3 and Reach are the best BTB experiences.

H4 BTB is crap. Plus the Mantis...

I love loadouts because they guarantee me a br.

But I hate loadouts because they also give others bolt shots, plasma pistol, and aa's

It's better than it was for sure. Still takes a bit of patience in matchmaking though. Halo 4's campaign still has crashing issues. Other than that, it's far from unplayable.

The game somewhat worked for me yesterday right after the patch and now it's worse than ever. I get into 12/10 lobbies, the one I just got in is big team battle on Lockdown... 9v3.. 12/10 in the lobby... and it doesn't load in the loading screen, just brings me to a "GAME OVER" screen. All of my attempts since about 2 hours ago have failed. I'm tired of this game.
