I was able to get a match of team br before I left for work and it ran smoothly. I completely suck at halo 2 and I kept trying to sprint for some reason. Gotta get used to the Xbox controller for shooters.

One tweet... I don't expect constant updates, however I do expect them to set realistic expectations. They will know if this is a quickish fix (within 12-24 hours) or worse, and I think it's their responsibility to let people know that as soon as possible.

Seriously, I"m surprised they claim 60 frames because I see a LOT of dipping and I usually barely notice dips. The only I time I see this game never stray from 60 is in original mode for Halo CE and 2.

No that's not the case. You will get prompted for the update, then you can re-launch it and play single player. That's what I did last night.

Halo CE is pretty special lol. Playing through it (for the first time ever) on Legendary and I just finished the Pillar of Autumn. I have no idea why MC has a flashlight lol, also the pistol is excellent and satisfying. My progress so far is mostly: throw sticky grenade, miss, die, throw better sticky grenade, hit, advance. Rinse and repeat.

Playing Halo 3 multi at 60fps feels weird. Was so used to that distinct motion blur when turning. It's like having sex with the lights on.
