Walked to the post office this morning to pick up my controller
The track list is one of the reasons I would suggest FT over PDX right now. PDX is a ton of fun, but the track list is really lacking. The medleys are neat additions, but nothing burns harder than playing only a short clip of Freely Tomorrow or Ageage Again.
Also, I enjoy the unlocking of new modulus, but I've played 7 tracks as Rin and keep getting the same module. That's going to make my life a small hell.
I would love to get Future Tone but uhh, I have no idea how to get it on a USA PS4 Account haha

How do you handle sound at that point?
So to unlock the last song do we just get a bunch of crystals or do we have to do all the event requests?
You need to get an extra crystal for each of the clouds, which means you pretty much have to replay Quest Mode (but you can choose higher difficulties). Events aren't required though
If I ever meet you in real life, i'll buy you a beer man, thanks for helping me out!
Couple of questions:
Are the two DLC songs included with the PS4 version, or do we have to buy them? I checked the Asian PSN store and they were free there :/
Also, can we take screenshots with the SHARE button? For some reason, this was disabled on the demo.
Thanks

I'm not sure about the DLC but I have been taking screenshots.
They're only free for Asian regions because the PS4 version is launching five months after the Vita version launched over there. They're not free for NA/EU.
It is due to this and other reasons that I was eager to dump the story mode as soon as possible. It's really bugging me how little your actual grade matters in story mode. It's either a pass or nothing, which on the face of it is fine for the purposes of progression, but the fact that it doesn't seem to save what you actually got is really irritating. I've gotten perfects and almost-perfects on quite a few stages now, only to find that the score doesn't transfer over to free play mode. Getting extra diva room guff isn't really much of an incentive to play well after getting a voltage clear :/
I still don't understand why the notes in this game are so damn small.
Any issues with this game and latency on modern TVs (kind of like how you have to tune Rock Band or Guitar Hero to get things right there)? I've only ever played this series on Vita (oh and the 3DS version as well) and was thinking it would be nice to play this one on a big screen and have it run smoother than the Vita version, but worried about accuracy.
First time miku player got a chance to try it tonight
Game is fun but having my triangle button stick screwed with me on the nornal difficulty songs
Honestly the hardest part so far (besides figuring out how to do start notes and w notes thanks tutorial) is three fold. One, moving my hand back to the dpad after the star notes since analogue stick doesn't count for those. Two, all the flashy shit on the screen is horribly distracting at times. Every time a technical chance pops up I almost always instantly fail and lose my full combo because I'm confused at what appeared above me. Third and finally, whenever I get a module and notes appear durinf the costume change I have a hard time seeing certain notes on the bright background which reks me.

Well there it is (my collection of Project Diva Vita games that is):
I wouldn't mind the concert style as much if the stages were as intricately made as they are in Idolmaster Platinum Stars, that game looks incredible from a visual stand point. I can post a video of it if people ask.
I could YouTube it myself, but I don't know any specific songs to search that may be a highlight or what-have-you. Or in other words, I'd like a link. ^^
I'm of the same mind that losing story videos is lame, simply because I liked them. But X's Concert style is definitely well-done and I haven't felt disappointed since actually playing the game.
This is my first entrance into the series and have a question after playing Extreme the first time last night.
What's the strategy when you get a cluster of 4+ hitboxes that don't disappear when hit because they'll each have multiple notes flying in? Like is there any kind of logic to where to look (clockwise, etc.) or is each instance a different pattern?
Hope I explained that alright, couldn't find a screenshot of it on google.
Quick theory for those who can test it sooner than I: do the size of the notes change if output resolution is changed to 720p (as opposed to 1080p)?
Here I thought I wasn't going to see any charts that screwed me over more than in Future Tone.
The rangers song proved me very, very wrong.
I think every instance is different. Usually those take some practice to get used to, it's hard to get the rhythm right the first time. Once you know how many and how fast the notes are they should be no problem.
