Wow spoiler. I didn't need to know he kills the lion.
Oh. Brett Ratner. That explains it.
Hmm, not feeling it. :/
Greek mythology is pretty silly in general, you know. The skin of the Nemean Lion was epic loot.Looks a little silly, with that liohat...
This is a bad trailer.
It's based on actual depictions of Hercules:Looks a little silly, with that liohat...

Same. Just feels off. Doesn't help that I only see Dwayne Johnson and not Hercules.
But...that's from the actual mythology. He killed the Nemean Lion and used the hide as armor.Looks a little silly, with that liohat...

They totally should have cast the guy who played Crixus in Spartacus instead.
Im fully aware, as im a 31 year old man. But, you can make cool trailers, and interesting stories from greek mythology. Looks like a failure of art direction, and it misses the mark of cool that they were desperately trying to hit. Sure, epic loot, but it looks like a bad muppet atop his head. This one bad trailer doesn't represent Greek Mythology, or a persons perception of it. Its just a bad trailer.. which doesn't look like its going in a good direction, as far as even mindless entertainment. (300)
I love the rock, but wish he was part of a more polished production. Looks like baby shit.
edit;
Hell, it reminds me of uh... that mummy he was in. That is a bad thing.
I was super disappointed that Troy didn't use any of the mythology. Really wanted to see gods providing +10 buffs to characters and shit.
First off his name is Rocky(or The Rock to you peasants), second off, he is th most electrifying man in ALL of entertainment. Third, he is actually a good actor so I am sure it will be enjoyable

He looks .... Kevin Sorboish
I haven't seen the trailer yet, but is it correct that the movie has no shred of mythology in it? :/
