Though the judge wasn't italian, the way she read the virdict made it difficult to understand completely what she was saying.

Anyway, you should be able to hack all your devices or none, as far as I'm concerned.

Unless they release a chip that literally only removes region-locking, this is a bad thing.

Piracy users will always outnumber the people who will just use it for region free gaming. Not accusing anyone here, but it's just common sense.

Of course I haven't followed the 3DS hacking scene, so this may already exist.
