Real
Now or Never
Compton
Backstreet Freestyle
honestly parts of The Art of Peer Pressure bug me more than anything from Real
Shit is shit, and that particular one is an auto skip.
Do you have a better candidate for worst song on the album?
Isn't that a bonus track?......You guys don't like Real? What the fuck
Isn't that a bonus track?......
I don't think so. Real is pretty much the conclusion to GKMD, with everything after being bonus tracks.
...except I just looked and Compton isn't considered a bonus track wot
Isn't that a bonus track?......
Nah.
Bonus tracks all together were
Swimming Pools (Black Hippy remix)
Now or Never
Collect Calls
County Building Blues
Black Boy Fly
The Recipe
The Recipe (Black Hippy remix)
BDKMV Remix with Jay on the later issued copies
a bit much but hey, the more kenny the better
Isn't that a bonus track?......
Wait what are these..
Goddamit, so much kendrick shit blowing my mind tonight. People not liking Real, 2 tracks I haven't heard
What? Both those tracks are great and could've been on GKMC imo.
I know he really wanted Cartoons & Cereal on there but all those samples tho
I didn't buy the album from iTunes so I never received those 2 tracks, they're new to me and I'm loving it.
Actually, did County Building Blues get released recently or something?
The hook kills Real, I just can't stand it. No Make Up is listenable at least.
Real and that Sherane song are candidates for worst songs on GKMC.
smh, you skip the first track on the album lol?
The bass and synths are hypnotic, the verses are dope, it's the introduction to the album's story/theme...
Still a pretty weak track.Compton sounds different for a reason, it depicts a changed and mature Kendrick as opposed to the younger K.Dot character we hear in the first 11 tracks.
I like Just Blaze's production on it and Dre's verses too. Pity he's got nothing to say anymore.Still a pretty weak track.
Compton's like the song that plays over the end credits.
Which parts?

But when all is said and done, To Pimp A Butterfly is potentially one of the most important albums of this generation, and more-so possibly Kendricks best work to date. You will not be disappointed.
