Damn, I wish I did some more sport when I was younger...
Granted I'm only 21 but seeing all these young athletes makes me feel really age conscious :[
watching the womens skeet shooting, how they hit those clays I don't know, American woman has the gold in the bag
Fencing: Men's Sabre Individual, round of 16
Two Americans still in, which might be a first for this event!
Piste 1
Aron Szilagyi HUNGARY vs Zhong Man CHINA
on deck:
Max Hartung GERMANY vs Gu Bongil KOREA (Gu is my pick for the gold medal)
Piste 2
Nicolas Limbach GERMANY vs Benedikt Wagner GERMANY (Limbach is one of the favorites to win the tournament)
on deck:
Nikolay Kovalev RUSSIA vs Won Woo Young KOREA (any of the Korean team are crazy explosive, fast, and aggressive in this event)
Piste 3
Aldo Montano ITALY vs Diego Occhiuzzi ITALY (Montano is the 2004 Olympic Champion and one of the best known fencers in the world; bouts against teammates are always dicey, though.)
on deck:
Dmitri Lapkes BELARUS vs Tim Morehouse USA (both can be kinda scrappy; I gotta root for my teammate Tim, who had an amazing performance to get to this round)
Piste 4
Rares Dumitrescu ROMANIA vs Aliaksandr Buikevich BELARUS (should be an interesting bout -- the former is an extremely powerful, physical fencer and the latter almost exclusively relies on timing and guile)
on deck:
Daryl Homer USA vs Alexey Yakimenko RUSSIA (Daryl is probably the best American sabre fencer at the moment and performed strongly to get to this round; Yakimenko is a heavy favorite to win the tournament -- should be a tough fight)
USA wins women's skeet gold. lol.

at 21? still plenty of time to do your thing!
I see the first clay come each time. But where the hell is the second coming from when they do. I pause and see nothing.
Love the slalom, so good to watch.
Damn Rhode demolished competition.
Dunno. Seems like in most sports these days if you don't start as a teenager and go to some elite training camp you have no chance.
Ah yes. That whole segment was one of the best audio/visual experiences I've had in a long time. Absolutely stunning.
Finally got a chance to sit down and watch Kerri and Misty do their thing. I love watching those two girls play. Magic on that sand I tell you. Magic.
USA vs France mens bball about to start.

What a fucking disgrace IOC and the guys who ran this ticketing system
So many people have complained about not getting tickets
No mercy USAB.
Huh? Looks pretty full to me.
Does the BBC plan to have any of their content for download later on, like they do with regular programming?
