The Flying WTFISTHATGUYWITHTHEUNIBROW???
I mean, I appreciate a good bludgeoning, and the chance to see a team loaded with all star talent, but I still find it odd that Basketball in the olympics allows for professional players.

But then again, alot of the "celeb" olympians (Phelps, etc) have sponsorship deals too.

So, what I'm trying to say is: LETS START PAYING COLLEGE PLAYERS FOR REALS.
This may be the last year for USA pro players.

Soccer would but FIFA stopped them from using professionals I think.

Why shouldn't pros play in the Olympics?

College guys would get destroyed by Spain and Argentina , lol Austin rivers on team USA

I don't think an age limit should be in place but a limit on how many times you can go to the Olympics. I mean look at Derrick Rose 23 now and has missed it.

Don't let this shit fool you

I know :( i actually started following the NBA when Wade, Bron and Melo were drafted. Unfortunately i chose to root for Melo back then (even bought his Denver jersey) and know i'm stuck with the fucking Knicks. Let's just say my interest in the NBA has waned in the last couple of years...

No, you didn't fix anything.

That team also had Prime Iverson and Duncan. Pre-insane Starbury. and more.

Larry Brown wanted them toi play his brand of fuckball and his hatred of rookies meant he wasn't gonna play the young guys. Melo beasted when ever he played.....Larry wanted his soul for that.

I think Basketball should do what football (soccer) does

Max 3 players over 23, rest have to be under.

I WENT FROM 11th TO 7th CAN'T BEAT THAT

REALLY CHUFFED WITH HOW ITS GONE

please fuck off
Smh. Wall of shame indeed.

Only us Brits can be happy with finishing second-last.
7th in the world = 2nd last in what universe?

I'm not saying it's mediocre, but she should be somewhat disappointed, not bright and bubbly. A winners mentality is very important.
She already lost. No 'winners mentality' in a post match interview would change that.

With all the pressure heaped on at these games it is good that they can take it all in their stride.

As for being a full time job, it's no different for all of them, even many knocked out in the heats. Can't always be no. 1 and or even no. 3 but that doesn't make it a bad performance. Some of you seriously need to get some perspective.

Haven't kept up, but is this Unibrow's first action post college? Hasn't played an NBA game yet, right?

Also, is Haden (the Beard) the same guy from the "OH MY GAAAAAAAAAWWWD.gif"?

I was about to say did anyone see this kid play in college, dude is a monster. Unfortunately the team I favor fell victim to him on multiple occasions.

London is now officially LOB COUNTRY.

If Charlotte has any semblace of a passing PG Davis will be a monster

*remembers the PG is Austin Rivers*

... sorry Davis.

I don't follow college ball much but isn't Davis supposed to be a defensive specialist??

Honestly this has been his weakest defensive game so far.

He needs at least twenty more pounds to play competently against nba quality big men but with that said he is at the top or near the top in blocked shots for the team and his length alters the shot of almost any player hes lined up against.

Still, he's raw, that's obvious.
