As someone a few posts above said, their friendship felt more believable in one chapter than the Naruto Sasuke one felt in the whole original manga.

Still, the writing was really cliche and uninspired this chapter. I mean, rich kid seems like a dick, turns out he is just lonely and neglected by his father, as he becomes friends with the protagonist a plot to hurt/kidnap him is revealed, and WOW, someone close to the family is behind it

That's only like... The 99999th time this exact setup and characters have been used.

Exactly what it says on the tin. A short story featuring a dozen of colored pages about two girls being cute and cuddling each other. It's actually pretty tame as there's not much else than cuddling and boobs and cuddling boobs, which is just all it needs, really.

I feel like this is where this manga starts going Hunter X Hunter, getting deeper and darker. I feel like the girl won't make it past these next arcs and she'll probably die in order to progress Deku's character.

That or she'll be Uraraka's rival :v

As a result, the manga ended simply because of my lack of skills and the publisher’s situation. Well, to be honest, I do wish that Shogakukan had given me a bit more support. They spent almost half a year looking for an assistant for me, but they never found one at all… I generally worked on the manga with help from another person, but there were times when I’d get so worn out from drawing alone that I’d get sick and collapse for an hour…

Ah, that's more understandable than just being axed. It's a shame that he had to push himself so hard and wasn't able to find more assistants, but yeah, weekly manga is pretty tough, and in retrospect I wish he was easier on himself and had taken some breaks.

I can only hope that he did everything he wanted to for Keijo, and that his next series will have a more relaxed schedule, while still demonstrating the creativeness shown in Keijo (though it'll be a tough act to follow).

I think as a hello i will comment one of the mangas i have recently reread
Angel Densetsu a kinda generic comedic manga with some really nice pretense, the MC just looks menacing but is actually the nices guy possible. Medium length (88 chapters) and really sweet.

Angel Densetsu is pretty well-liked here. You might want to check out Kyou Kara Ore Wa as well if you crave something in the same vein.

Probably something along the lines of an adventurer being defeated by a vampire, turned into a woman so that the said vampire can devour her breast milk as a substitute for blood. I might just be guessing though.

I mean it more as totally formulaic manga that I just love!!! >.<

The bear episodes... The Kapa episodes ... Damn the initial hairdresser episode has me just laughing >.<

Edit: so now that i just made that... any obscure finished mangas that you could recommend?

As long as you're suitably subtle about it.

Blame, Eyeshield 21 and Kyou Kara Ore Wa are all excellent. Concerning the latter two, there's just something hilarious about a bad boy clowning on everyone else.

Completed? Maybe not but obscure and excellent? Of course.

Wotaku Ni Koi Wa Muzukashi - Otaku love comedy, probably one of my top three new manga of 2017.
Gal Gohan - Popular girl joins school cooking club as its only member. Has hints of romance, but is mainly focused on the food and the comedy that comes with it.
IB - Instant bullet - Odd little battle/psychology manga. (Completed)
Karakuri Circus - Want a manga where puppets fight ungodly machines? This is it. Plus one of the main characters is too manly to live.
Devils Line - Check it out, describing it won't do it justice.
Strange Tales Of Oscar Zhan - A webcomic, but one with real depth to it's writing and characters. The art is really eerie as well. And, well... who doesn't like a Skeleton in a pinstriped suit?

Well thanks for the recommendation to both of you! I have read most of Ascheron's list (i really thought Tripeace was more mainstream than obscure but alas). Now i have enough to read for some time. Will soon start posting about my Karakuri Circus progress.

As I have talked a lot about not manga, lets do another manga that punch overs its weight!
Otaku no Musume-san , a slice of life manga about an otaku who is suddenly given custody of his 9 year old daughter he had no idea about! Instead of going for the cheap laughs and shitty fan service it actually treats the situation kinda seriously (I mean as seriously as that is possible) and has pretty good character development,

We Cluedo now. I get ghosts maintaining phantom images of their murder(ed) weapons, but the guy with a chandelier stuck in his back for 40 years was probably made fun of by the others. Satoru's competence even without ghostly giveaways isn't surprising by now (assuming he's right, which he will be). Ditto for Kako being cute.

My brain has difficulty believing that Senpai has a last name. I always assumed she was just Senpai. Senpai Senpai'd be fine I guess.

I read this a couple years ago and I stopped. I started reading it on a whim and it's so stupid. I caught&#8203; up to where I originally left off and I laughed at so much stupid shit. The faces has utterly destroyed me.
