Funny, I just uploaded a photo to show my last acquisition, Genshiken, Omnibus Edition
(though this is just one of my three bookshelves, and this is the small one, I have a bit more than you
)I finished reading Book Girl 7 and came to make a post and saw this and now I've lost everything inside of me to make a post.
That didn't make any sense.
I'm tired. This image pains me. Something like that.

Well, for me the feels part
was the girl that stayed in the main character's house, as "girlfriend", first having a superficial relation but little by little warms up to him and stops seeing the neighbor who had an affair with. Then there is a moment where she has a fight with the neighbor but she seems alright as the MC finds her.
Then, one volume and a half later or so, we learn that part was MC's hallucination's self-defense mechanism, he had found her body after the fight with the neighbor, the MC never reached on time, but he has imagined her still playing the waifu role. It was like "oh you know the little ray of light and hope and love in the MC's live? IT WAS A LIE! It's true she loved him but she was killed, and he was living in the apartment with her body decomposing! bwah-ha-hah!"

The last time this happened I spoiled so much of Hi Score Girl saucy still hasn't recovered.

For the climax, the akb girls are separated into 2 groups and have certain tasks to fulfill. Shenanigans all around, video feeds are cut off and they have to find ways to keep the audience engaged despite blank screens.
In a moment of wtf, the studio is set on fire, Minori somehow anticipates something happening and makes it back to he studio first, to try to stop the panic. The other girls somehow make their way back too, Hiroko has the brilliant idea to use detergent mistakenly delivered from a previous episode to put out the fire.
Later on, the show loses its sponsors due to the fire, but the detergent company becomes their new sponsor lol
Flashback of Yatsuha, why he became a comedian and why he hates showbiz. Somehow he realises his hatred is misplaced and delivers a good show. Fairy tale endings T.T
Also, sometime during the arc, Ooshima Yuuko announces that if she loses in the general election to either Hiroko or Minori she'll retire.

So there's this girl, and she'll cross dress to get into the military in order to find information about her father, who no longer exists in the ~official records~. It might be vaguely plausible in a mulan sort of a way if she didn't look like this:

I really doubt it. Hiro knows what her mother did and all the pain it caused their family and Mao. There is no way he'd even entertain the mother for a single second, let alone tell her where Mao is/try to get them to reconnect. And he certainly wouldn't take her on a date to do it.

I guess, but I don't think he'd take her on a date, get her hopes up and then tell her that. He would have just told her there and then cos it was pretty obvious what she assumes he's going to tell her.
I'm betting this is just out of the blue drama.

I feel like series that features more than one yandere just diminishes the impact of the yanderes.
You need to have your yanderes in moderation in order to give the full impact.
