I really like the "office politics" drama a lot more this season than last. The characters and their relationships have a lot more depth, so it generally feels a lot more multifaceted than Season One, which drifted closer to flat "grr, sexism!" a lot of the time. The chauvinism is still there, it's just woven into everything else.
