It's hard to think of McGillis has some mastermind anymore, given that his whole plan on retaking Gjallarhorn relied on everyone respecting the Gundam he pilots. But I have been wondering why they introduced mobile armors about 10-12 episodes ago, and whether they will at all be revisited again in the future.
While i agree that this is the path the director should take there, i don't think they would dare to make it that bleak there.
The probably will give Tekkadan some victory and end up with some of Tekkadan member living a life in Earth with a new job far away from war this time. I can't picture they Ideon, IBO lol.^^

Spoilers: Tekketsu is actually The Hobbit. Tekketsu sequel will be a classic like LotR. Mika's child will be the Gimli of the sequel.
I'm gonna wait for that G Gene game where they kill Orga early on, Mika BSODs and dies, too, Eugene takes over Tekkadan, Kudelia gets the surgery, Tamaki dies a horrible death, Aston is lives on since they caught on early enough that Tamaki is a sadistic evil that intentionally killed his team.
Come on, Bandai Namco Games. If we can have a Newtype Kai Shiden in Hi Nu Gundam, Cima Garahau not suffering a horrible end, and CDA Hamaan, we can do this, too!

I can't imagine rekunga whatever kits sold remotely as well.

The show's actual sales aren't anywhere near as important as its merchandise sales; IBO model kits seem to be doing really well. Hence, more IBO. G-Reco, on the other hand, was intentionally designed to be hard to make model kits for.
About that...
You'd be surprised at how much the kits and overall merchandise for Reconguista have sold, and our upcoming future plans for the series for Gunpla and with Sunrise.
I've been asking Bandai that there is a huge desire for a MG G-Self kit, but I can't say anything about that at the moment. Know that we do get a lot of fan requests for more Renconguista in a lot of our different businesses.
Our Orphans line is very popular as well for kits and we've made it a huge priority with how Bandai has chosen to structure our Gundam schedule over the past year. We have a lot of exciting Gundam news in late Spring and Early Summer.
I hope all Gundam fans will look forward to it.

Yeah, pretty much waiting for the full wipe.
It's odd, because while I've enjoyed Orphans far, far more as a show, the general designs until this season mean I haven't bought any kits. Bael and Vidar will be my first pickups, and that's probably because they're both closer to my preferred Gundam aesthetic.
In contrast, I'm super-lukewarm on Reco, but the designs of G-Self, G-Arcane, Montero, and Kabakali were just amazing, so I have those kits.
MGs of G-Self and Vidar, please.
Also, more Build Fighters. With new characters and stuff. That's not bad.

I like G-Reco for how colorful and moving the suits in battle is but man, i don't had any single love toward the mech there.T_T One of the rare time i don't buy any single suit for a gundam series too.(Even Age i end up buying Legilis lol.^^) But for G-Reco zero gunpla at all.
IBO had been quite cruel to my wallet here.^^
Kimaris Trooper 1/100 not MG, Gusion1/100 not MG, and now saving money for that lovely Vidar, Kimaris Vidar and Gusion Rebake.^^ Maybe i will throw some muney for that Juli-chan suit too.^^
And totally agree on Build Fighters but please to god follow the first season more there.T_T I hate Second Season so badly.T_T

I'm building an RG 00 Raiser at the moment and literally have already lost one of the "ear" pieces from the back of the head.
It's crazy how small some of these pieces are... excellent kit though. Been a long time since I've built anything and I've been very impressed by it.
I will continue to hope for an MG Vidar & Kimaris Vidar. I know these will probably never happen or only come after several years though...

I think it's easier to sympathize with the child-soldiers who only know war and were never offered guidance over the corrupt rich assholes who gave birth to these things.
Plus one side has Julietta and Iok, it seems a pretty easy choice to me.

Well I am sure that kit sales are far more important but in past Gundam shows tended to sell bucket loads of discs too. Well at least SEED did. 00 still did decently in disc sales too but after that disc sales for Gundam shows have fallen off the cliff.

Just wondering, why is there no MG for Orphans series? I don't think the 1/100 line is on the same level as recent MG kit from other series. I just finished making RX78 origin, and that was really fun build compared to my 1/100 barbatos which is barely an improvememt from hg 1/144 line.

Tekkadan is so fucked. For one thing, I don't think Rustal is entirely wrong. McGill is is definitely a piece of shit. Gaelio is an alright dude. Iok sucks but Julieta is cool.

I think the characters with 100% survival rate are Atra/Kudelia/Merribit.
Either they kill EVERYONE but these 3, or they kill everyone but Orga and characters with some kind of immunity (Like Yamagi who has survivor's immunity). I can't see Eugene surviving if Orga does, but I can see him picking up Tekkadan's scraps if Orga dies.

Everyone in this show is a piece shit.
My ranking is
Rustal > PedoDad > Mcgillis > Orga > Iok > Gaelio > Maced Gangster guy > Bearded earth guy as far as being assholes go this season.
I want Julieta is the only one I even want to die though, god is she annoying.
I'd say as long as my baby Barbados lives I'm all good, but tbh I have nowhere near the love for the lupus rex as I had for the lupus.
