And my new i5 760 I built with help from the guys in the I need a new PC 2010 edition thread.

I haven't made my rounds to my local BookOff and HardOff recycle centers in a few months and I was surprised to find some cheap Saturn and Dreamcast games.
I got all the Shining Force III scenarios for 100 yen each along with DOA2 and RE:Code Veronica for 100 yen each also.
I sold off Shining Force III Scenario II before I left for Japan 3 years ago and have regretted it ever day since. But now that I've found the holy grail of Saturn games (for me) once again, I'm in a euphoric state!
All discs, cases, and manuals were in near mint condition. I couldn't imagine a better pull than this. So totally stoked.
Spiderjericho said:Good luck. I took the VI3 class in 2008 but never pursued the certification. I wasn't a fan of the course ware but the technology is becoming more and more essential. I hear V-Sphere is a good improvement over 3.5.
I'm thinking of using my desktop to run ESX also.
Conceited said:No idea, this was the first time I had ever seen them in my life, found them at a Japanese import shop in Toronto.

robot said:Just got the stick today, Saturn was end of last month. Also got Blazblue but that's pretty much it for this month (besides Summer of Arcade games).
Gonna order some Siemitsu buttons and stick for it soon, really like the 4 colored xbox buttons so might do the same but with clear versions. It's a pretty amazing stick, really high quality. Sad to see my Mad Catz TE go but I already own a Hori EX-SE and don't need 3 sticks. Dont really need 2 to be honest but I love that hori. Good times.
Open for suggestions on Saturn games, need to find a stick for that as well.

Still, finding these people seems to be the challenge.Augemitbutter said:either buy stuff from japan or serious collectors in your region.
Sometimes I see them on eBay. Just need to search often for those treasuresDeVeAn said:Still, finding these people seems to be the challenge.

What 360 model is that? I need to replace my current one at some point, but I'd prefer to avoid that ugly-as-sin glossy system.

That heatsink looks ridiculous, but then again, I haven't seen one in four years since I built the PC I use now. I'll upgrade if Battlefield 3 is what I hope it's going to be (PC exclusive)MisterNoisy said:Put together a new PC

Hell yeah, retro pick-ups (though recently I started to call them Vintage ) are my fave as well. Older stuff is much more to my liking than the new stuff even though I post more newer stuff than old. Pretty logical I suppose, seeing as most of my new pick-ups are in fact new, it's hardly in keeping with the thread if I retro-actively post stuff I bought 20 years ago.distantmantra said:Seeing stuff like this is much more fun than all the new pickups (no one ever mentions the retro titles I post either, so we are a dying breed). Keep 'em coming.
