I suppose this could be considered a "pick-up". While working on my hive last night I accidentally dinged two honey frames so I got to practice harvesting!

Christ, I bought too much recently. Not all of this was entirely from this month, but it's all recent enough.

As far as physical games, much. I also got Sengoku Basara, but it's not at my house right now.

New 3DS an a Kindle. I lost all my saves doing the 3DS transfer though. :(

RAP 4 is a huge step up from my last crappy stick. It's a damn shame about the price and availability in Europe. I first ordered it in December, only got it now.

Too many Blu Rays. They were cheap tho.

Logitech G27. Absolutely fantastic wheel. First time using a proper one and it completely changes sims.

AKG K702 and a cheap Chinese amp to power it. Lovely pair off cans. Very highly recommended.

Very impressed. I would love to do something like this, but don't have the room (or a garden!). Keep it up - save those bees!

excellent work with the bees there, guy. that looks cool as hell.

2. these threads are consumerist propaganda that make me want to buy things i dont need

thanks! buying. you see what happens when i come into this thread? do you see what happens!?!

I wouldn't pay MSRP, simply because they go on sale so often. These were $60 through Dell with a $25 e gift card, I have my 20th anniversary ones that I got for about the same price coming in September.

They have a poor reputation because of the hinge cracking so easily. I'm hoping by keeping them on the hook and being careful when taking them off my head they'll last. I need to add a couple more hooks.

can you use the wireless feature with a smartphone?

can you use the wireless feature with a smartphone?

Not to my knowledge. It doesn't use a standard Bluetooth profile (err, I'm not sure it's BT at all), so when you connect to the Vita you have to use a cord. I would think anything else would be the same way.

It uses a USB dongle to connect to the PS4, PS3 and PC.

So many squids today.

Wait, where? how? how many? ahhhhhhhhh *faints*

Japan exclusive obviously, right? Sigh... I still don't understand why NoA or NoE haven't released Splatoon merchandise like tees, hats and pin buttons. The game already proved to be a success I want an inkling shirt :'(

Anyway I'm sure if they release Splatoon merchandise, it would be only a Nintendo World Store exclusive... Being a Nintendo fan is painful sometimes :'(

Thanks very much, this has been something I have wanted to do for a very long time.
My wife and I bought a new house late last year, and we are slowly turning it into a farm. The bees are essential to our plans!

The Splatoon t-shirts were available on King-of-Games for preorder towards the end of June. There were three shirts, white, black and yellow, and each came with a pin and a bag. You can actually order from KOG in English and they feature apparel from lots of Nintendo series. Unfortunately, a lot goes out of stock but they do reprints so if you're interested in anything in particular, I'd recommend signing up for their newsletter as they send notifications of reprints.

New pickup for me as I'm wholly addicted to this soundtrack.

That is awesome. Taking care of bees is on my bucket list, I want to learn more about them and help them out :)

Just got this yesterday:

ZJdJRSD.jpg

It's a 2015 Fender Jazzmaster in Vintage White - Made in Japan! Fender Japan closed down a few months ago, so this is one of the last Jazzmasters made there. I bought it brand new from a shop in Japan for 104,000 yen including international shipping. I bought the SKB hardcase (Model 1SKB62) it is sitting in separately. I love Japanese-made guitars, and this one is no exception! Fantastic craftmanship, plays like a dream. It joins my 1994 MIJ Jaguar in Sunburst and they make a great pair.

Found P4AU reasonably cheap locally, so picked it up. Also grabbed Danganronpa 2, since I'm starting to see it less and less in stores, and it was a decent price.

Hatoful Boyfriend from PSN because birds.

And Guilty Gear Xrd, a friend grabbed it a few weeks back and we had a blast with it over the weekend. Saw it go on sale, so I grabbed a copy for myself. Oh, and also Journey.

As silly as it sounds, grab a copy of "Beekeeping for dummies", just reading that book I learned a lot, and the information you get about bees is fascinating!

Taiko no Tatsujin: V Version for PS Vita. If you like Taiko, you'll like it!

Wireless earphones. Had bad luck with them in the past, but these were cheap enough and had good enough reviews for me to give them a try. Working well so far, great for when I'm on my Vita.

Issue #3 of the The Vita Lounge. Digging the A5 format!

Some random horror DVDs from my wishlist from CEX. Damn those stickers!

Saw this new magazine launched on a LEGO documentary a couple of months back. Was quite pricey as it's out of print now, but it's excellent quality!

Them's the regular Sony Wireless Gold Headset headphones.

Still the best solution for a high quality voice chat and sound playback on PS3/PS4. The bundled earpiece that you get with PS4 is manure compared to these.

These lasted me about half a year until the hinges cracked. Loved the audio and mic quality, and they were really comfy, but the hinges are so prone to cracking even though I pampered them like a baby. It's a widely reported problem too.
