First off..LMAO @ Stephen Jackson. When he was tryin to knuckle up like a hardrock with Hunter, Derrick Coleman walked up behind him and was like "What?....What?", and Jackson just dropped his dukes. He didn't want it with DC. DC has been long rumored to have a body count lol.
Ron-Ron did the right thing at first by bowing out, because Benny Wallce would have eaten his lunch. But attacking a fan, whether they throw shit at you or not, will just never ever work in your favor. I'm not saying I would have reacted differently, but especially given the lighting rod that he is, he has to walk on egg-shells on and off the court.
Odd that Rasheed appeared to be the peacemaker in all of this. And LMFAO at the second group of Pistons fans takin it to Ron Ron ON THE FUCKING COURT. That is priceless. Front row ticks never promised such action. The NBA, where you get your moneys worth!!

I think it's sad that Artest is gonna get punished huge for this. Dude was laying on the table. Had just stayed away from one fight and some loser throws a drink on him.
Artest didn't go after just anyone. He went after that guy that threw the drink. You can see in the replay that the crowd totally opened up and the guy was standing there yelling at Artest. That guy freakin deserved it. Especially if he threw a racial remark at Artest (which I imagine happened).
I think the Pistons organization should be heavily fined for what happened there too.

Sure players shouldn't go into the crowd. But players are people too. If someone threw a drink on me I would take them out. PERIOD. They would be eating my shoe.

He was just laying on the score table (whatever it is called) with this smug ass look like he owned the place, he even took an announcer's headphones and put them on. What the fuck is that?
B) He went into the stands like a charging bull.
Yeah the fans were nuts, but this is the biggest rivalry in basketball, this was intense.
Players should not be fighting fans. Fans are supposed to be stupid. Players are paid 10 million dollars a year not to be.
