If you're pro kerry and fairly liberal as most of the posters in this thread then you would be right.
If you're not liberal and pro bush then I think the flip could be said. I don't really understand Kerry's vague answers that try to avoid taking a stand that might alienate people. But again I'm not planning on voting for him. Perhaps that's why I notice it.

Vague? Sounds to me that Kerry is being VERY specific on most (not all) issues while Bush and saying the same things over and over again. Already tonight we've heard Kerry give different ways of explaining the same point, which shows me that he has at the very least thought this stuff through, regardless of what you might think of the policy itself. From Bush I hear nothing but talking points, nothing but prepared information that he spouts to try and discredit Kerry even AFTER Kerry explicitly shoots down those prepared numbers and points. I think Bush is ready to give his one idea one way but not ready to engage and adjust mid-debate, which I think Kerry does seem to be. That has nothing to do with policy or where I think he stands. It's just a pure analysis of the techniques and methods.CrimsonSkies said:If you're not liberal and pro bush then I think the flip could be said.
