"Is it just me or is Kerry really kicking Bush's ass?"

If you're pro kerry and fairly liberal as most of the posters in this thread then you would be right.

If you're not liberal and pro bush then I think the flip could be said. I don't really understand Kerry's vague answers that try to avoid taking a stand that might alienate people. But again I'm not planning on voting for him. Perhaps that's why I notice it.

Kerry is making some claims that are vague as Bush is. But on the issues where kerry is giving an answer of detail he is really destroying Bush, clearly and without question.

That answer will fly by him like... oh nevermind.

Vague? Sounds to me that Kerry is being VERY specific on most (not all) issues while Bush and saying the same things over and over again. Already tonight we've heard Kerry give different ways of explaining the same point, which shows me that he has at the very least thought this stuff through, regardless of what you might think of the policy itself. From Bush I hear nothing but talking points, nothing but prepared information that he spouts to try and discredit Kerry even AFTER Kerry explicitly shoots down those prepared numbers and points. I think Bush is ready to give his one idea one way but not ready to engage and adjust mid-debate, which I think Kerry does seem to be. That has nothing to do with policy or where I think he stands. It's just a pure analysis of the techniques and methods.

We need to make sure the education system works so you can go to community college when your job is outsourced!

Nothing I'd rather do than sit in a basket weaving class when I get laid off...

I like how the political right has demonized the word "liberal," and how Bush embraces the partisanship.

"You're so liberal, you make Ted Kennedy look like a conserative. Hehe, I'm soooo funny!!!" - Bush

ahahhah.

what is bush doing? kerry is dealing with facts regarding no child left behind, and bush is sptting out the number kerry is arguing against.

Don't you think people from Massachusetts will be offended by Bush repeatedly using "liberal senator from Massuchusetts" in such a disparaging way?

Seriously.. what the hell is with this Massachusetts shit? Like the people from Massachusetts are somehow not American, or people he should care about??

You don't see Kerry saying, "He's a republican from Texas, what do you expect?!'

I remember during the VP debates that Cheney brought up the fact that there's a huge divide now between Dems and Reps. IT'S BECAUSE OF YOUR ADMINISTRATION ASSHAT!

When I can't watch the debates, I go and read Novak and Begala at Cnn.com. They offer live thoughts.

And lo and behold, they RARELY have instances where they stop kissing their party's ass.

Although both agree that bringing up Cheney's daughter was not a good move on Kerry's part.

Bush doesn't take smack from the UN or Iraq... you think he cares about cutting off a moderator?

Agreed.. but I dind't really think the moderator was done with his question and Bush just jumped in. Bad play in front of the American people.

Kerry has held a gun and killed, +1 Kerry.

Bush flew crop dusters and clearly inhaled way to much agent orange in the 60's.
