We should start discussing workout routines too, since i feel out of shape thinking about the food. Here's mine: I haven't worked out in months. I used to treadmill and P90x but school was too busy.
I did p90x for a while but I never gave a shit about my diet so I didn't get any results except for being slightly stronger. Starting today I'm trying power hypertrophy adaptive training with a real diet. Not that it matters how I workout since I'm cutting but I rather lift hard so I don't lose the muscle I do have.
