Plenty of situations in our game where she could use it. We were on defense in Hollywood. She never used it once in the entire match. There's no point is saving it for the perfect group kill.
But it sucks when they use it and there's only one person around

Went from 2856 to 2731 this session so far, only 1-2 wins...... argh, I just want my loot box.

Edit: Ooo... Spooky Hollywood, will I finally be able to play this map without the match being cancelled?

Edit 2: Dammit, a Hanzo and Widowmaker on my team.... and neither could deal with the Torb turret

how can a team that used Bastion on defense completely lose their bearings when the enemy team runs Bastion against you when we attack?! 😩

3 losses, 1 win, 3 losses... UGH.

also, really tired of being on teams where peeps are CLEARLY trying out a character in ranked (not necessarily for the first time, but they are obviously not well-versed!)... someone on ur team is playing Roadhog, you check their profile, and they basically main Junkrat. I mean... what? If you're good at Junkrat run him. I don't care. Play who you're good at!! T__T

I hate solo queue matchmaking, but I also hate trying to get a small 2-3 man group because they always want to have 6 people.

Edit: Ended with the 4 Nanoboost Asstst Ana spray, and a bunch of crap from my lootbox.

I love being that resentful Mercy playing solo comp.

As much as I hate vs Mei staying with one as mercy is great, Mei players seem to know to protect me if I'm boosting them or topping them off.

Just wish any of the other players knew this.

Anas who never use their Ults are scumbags. FU random.

As long as you didn't lose I dont think its a problem. I go games on defense as mercy not resurrecting

Had a random mic rein lay into me for ulting him when the first of the enemy was showing back up after clearing them.

My logic was we got this, go get that guy and anyone on route to the entrance and come back if they are taking the side after finishing him.

But he had to make a statement and bitch up a storm and sit there saying I wasted it, I'm serious he just stood there playing self shielding melee rein.

Never ulted that fool again tracer was happy to take the boost and get in there.

Late night play didn't go so well (3 draws) but I'm slowly crawling out of solo hell. 1450 to 1764. Finally made it back above 50% with Zenyatta...53 and 52.

fired zero bullets in the orphanage.
Aw yiss, opened up Junkenstein. Just need Witch Mercy now for all four.

GGs tonight, highlight was definitely stealth capping the payload on Hollywood.

I laughed pretty hard cuz the Rein and Roadhog kept coming after me and ignored the capture point.

If you're a Bastion player complaining about your team sucking reevaluate yourself. That's gotta be the height of ludicrousy.

Had some clutch moments with bastion tho.

Hey if you want to play Bastion that's cool. I'm not a hero Nazi but don't mouth off against the whole team and act like we were a problem when you weren't doing shit and choose a cheese hero. And he was playing Bastion on attack on Hanamura mind you.

Yeah not a fan of moonmoon.

I can see why he appeals who he appeals but not for me/

I enjoy watching that one guy and his friends on the PS4 live stream stuff. He goes under a bunch of different names, I think one of them is divinity? They're fun to watch, and they're grandmasters, and it just staggers me how good they are. It's just unfortunate that they have such a smug shitty attitude that puts me off a little.

Almost hit a 7 game win streak, then had a terrible loss. You can always tell a match will be difficult when no one joins voice.

I can't get over my ladder anxiety, the higher my rank goes the less I want to play after losing(3.2k). Feels like i'm in a casino and just want to quit while i'm ahead. Everyone's' profiles I see higher than mine have 100s more games. I wish I could queue like that.

Had a friend suggest I should play some Quick Play to take a break from Ranked. After a couple of hours of doing that, I realized that somehow Ranked is 100% less stressful for me.

I have seen one too many team comps filled with Bastions/Torbjorns/Widowmakers/Hanzos for one lifetime. Also had a Double Mei/Tracer/Bastion stack on Defense, pushing that payload was literally impossible.

And lol decided to play a ranked match, and guess who is on the other team. The fucker troll Mei that I posted the video of last night. Guess its time to call it a night as I do not have the will to deal with him again on my team

I think in order for them to say this she needs to be able to perform an action while cloaked. Also, the cloak should be noticeable while not being noticeable at the same time. Something obvious if you were looking for it, but has the opportunity to catch you completely off guard especially if something else is drawing most of your attention.

No, no , no

There is absolutely no way to balance that.

wow... I finally broke into the platinum range maining solely DVA and Symmetra and switching off to either Mei/Zenyatta/Lucio when the situation needed. Im 22-14 with Dva(82%)and 13-6 with Symmetra(84%).

A few weeks ago I was posting on here about how solo Qing was terrible and I was about done with the game due to lack of communication on PS4. I took a few days break after I dropped all the way down to the 1900s, after hovering around 2300s I am now in the 2500s and finally plat!!!

Ive still strictly solo Qd, Ive teamed up with a few people here and there like UltimaPooh etc but the experience has been so much better. Communication still sucks but it seems people have been playing more as a team of late... also a lot less early leavers from games.

Maybe Ive just been lucky, but this past week Ive had nothing but positive experiences.

I just started playing Overwatch on PS4 last week and I think I have taken to Lucio most. Any tips you can provide? Do I need to master the wall ride?

Yes, master it. Wall riding is pretty essential to distract the enemy team and avoid dieing. Cant tell you how many times Im the last one on my team on a KoTH map and wall riding on the capture point just to avoid the 6 players from the enemy team long enough to have my team get back on the point and either hold it or capture it.

You can be a good Lucio without mastering wall riding.

You can be an amazing Lucio with mastering wall riding.

Master speedboost.

And this, a well timed speed boost can do wonders especially if you´re paired with another healer.

Well that was cathartic. Absolute steamrolled troll Mei's team, and I got POTG with Zarya too.

Felt like he kept trying to focus me throughout the match, but every single time I either killed him or bubbled and made him ice wall himself away from me. Apparently he does the same thing to other players, because our teammates were thanking god he wasn't on our team. His rank fell like 200+ points overnight too lol

I dunno, sounds like you've met some pretty bad teams. Wall riding puts him into such a predictable path that i don't think I've ever had trouble hitting a wall riding Lucio.

Wall riding is good but i never think of it as essential. Good to know a few spots where Wall riding does help though. (Shortcuts, point a of king's Rite)

Change jump to l1.
Play a load of games with him so you learn enemy ults. Which you can counter and when to expect them.
Learn to use speed boost to chase down people as a team or to engage/disengage or when a teammate uses an ult that synergizes with it.
Learn where you can boop people off the map, usually koth maps.
Edit: wall riding isn't too important. You become predictable regarding movements. Use it to get to high places by wall jumping or to disengage. It can be used to stall sometimes. The best place would be kings row A on defence from above the point. Managed to solo hold after 3 team wipes there in comp against a team with a 3800/4000sr genji/pharah duo

The art of payload hopping is always useful to learn, even for other characters. Nothing feels more amazing than solo holding a point long enough for your team to get back or to take a decent chunk of time off the clock.

Also theres a few nice spots for wall riding that make Lucio really annoying to kill. Especially circular columns like in some of the Nepal and Lijang maps on the points

And I put his Jump on L2. Makes it a lot easier to shoot accuracy while wall riding (Which felt nearly impossible to do on the default settings)

Man, I really wish I had that USA McCree skin.

Everytime I see someone using it I turn to jelly. That's what I get for bein lttp I guess...but damn.

Go on a huge winning streak and get from 2700 to 2980 then I proceed to lose 8 in a row today due to just shitty comps.

Mei and widow for our offense... yeah sure, that'll work.
