WAT. There's Soejima concept art for the other TS characters as well? I've only seen Shin, Jun and Ryo so far.
Yup, her character design is fantastic. Easily my second favorite, with Kanaru's being first.

Sojima did all the main characters as far as I know. Dunno about the antagonists beyond perhaps

One of the last 6 rectangles at the bottom of the P4U2 website turned out to be for the launch day lottery where people can win signatures by the VAs, posters and stuff.

Megumi is Vanilla Coke, though after the episode which was oranges based, we call her Orange Soda, Kel would be proud.
We have Kenneth, Jun (only one we all by the real name), Notsuya, Detective Ungirlfriend, Tan Dojima, Longdachi, Ken 2, Yospei, Vanilla Coke/Orange Soda, Aika, Yukino, Male Chie, Shinjiro, and WHALE FEATHERS. Did I forget anyone?
I actually think Orang-err...Megumi is ok, but Yospei is the standout character IMO

Reviews for fighting games are tricky. It's basically specialist coverage. Joystiq had a guy that was good, but he's an indie dev now. Off the top of my head the only person who will probably talk about it with real competence apart from FGC personalities is Jeff from Giant Bomb. (He liked P4A, too.)
Does Shoryuken review games?
Actually, I know one of their new hires is into fighting games (can't remember if it's Dan or Jason), and Drew said he was interested in it. I could see a decent chunk of Giant Bomb's western office getting really into it.

My thoughts essentially. It's fun as a JoJo game, but the Capcom game does a much better job in gameplay overall.
I also gave it a 6/10 get out of muh head :V
But yeah, I still need that Ultimax. Late September can't come soon enough.
It serves as a delightful Jojo fanservice game, fighting game second. Glorious 30 FPS.. Was unbearably slow...not to mention the microtransactions part of the campaign mode that was later patched.

The controls are pretty awkward, which for a fighting game is a big no no. Also the disgusting microtransactions that essentially made it a 60 dollar f2p game is also a big no no.

I don't even know what I'm more hyped for to be honest. Artstyle, music, gameplay... Will it have the cell shaded look from Catherine or not? Will it still use fixed cameras outside of dungeons? Any substantial changes to the combat system? Are dungeons still random? God, so many questions.
A single screenshot could answer so many of them. It's so frustrating to still not know anything at this point.

Eh, that's going a bit too far. The only mode that has the option for microtransactions is Campaign mode, which is only used to unlock alt costumes, colours, taunts and winposes. New characters and the sort can be unlocked through regular gameplay. Even so, you're a chump if you spend money on Campaign mode. I was able to get every non-Baoh unlockable without spending a single penny, as the energy meter recharged fast enough that you can have a full bar in the time it takes to make a sandwich.
I gave the game an 8/10 in my campus newspaper, for reference. The only things I didn't like were the extremely barebones story mode and the lack of online lobbies.

It's pretty interesting that Soejima virtually reused Megumi's design for FeMC. They're, really, really similar. Different eyes, and Megumi has pigtails instead of a ponytail, but that's about it.

Meanwhile Jun looks like a doughy, creepy, shitty little Narukami Jr.
I don't like like, anything about the visuals of Trinity Soul. The entire show is utterly bland to look at.

And Mitsuru has a Yukari Featherman alt. That's a pretty good one, seeing how one her win quotes against Yukari states how the Shadow Ops should make that their official battle uniform pronto. Elizabeth gets her PQ nurse outfit, too.
These are probably the exclusive Famitsu DLC, though, so we'll never see them released outside of Japan.
I really wish they'd cut that shit out. At least have it as paid DLC for everyone else, always found the idea of exclusive DLC that's never sold after the fact kind of reprehensible...
