You know what'd be a good crossover, though? SMT and Fire Emblem. Crazy talk, I know, but wouldn't that be fun?
I don't think Nintendo is really progressive enough for a crossover like this, you know?

I like to imagine it's the world where FFVersus came out for PS3 a few years ago alongside TLG.
Pfft, what next, Tekken crossed with Street Fighter characters? Get a grip man.You know what'd be a good crossover, though? SMT and Fire Emblem. Crazy talk, I know, but wouldn't that be fun?
That's awesome! And I love your profile pic, haha.Managed to snag this today
There's some really great stuff in there.
No but seriously what the fuck happened to SMT x FE
At E3 they said it's still in development. They likely just announced it before development had really began to build hype for the Wii U.

Not sure. Probably would emphasize the social link/free time similarities, though. They're two completely different genres, how would that even work?
Maybe. Maybe not. Honestly, I just want to see several great casts interact with each other.Wouldn't that mean Persona characters would be killed in a crossover?
That would be extremely interesting. So many possibilities between all the characters from four games worth of cast members (what's P2 and P1, again?) between the two series.Yup. Especially if Junpei and Gundam managed to meet.
It's in development the same way that TLG is not canceled.
It's way too early to be that pessimistic. It should have been clear when the game was announced when all we saw was a teaser with artwork of the characters (not even original to SMT x FE, but pre-existing artwork) and a short clip showing a city that the game was extremely early in development.
I remember people had written off the Persona game on 3DS when it had been two years since the game was announced and we still hadn't heard anything, then we later got Persona Q. These things take time.
The persona fanbase should vote on the name of the MC then all agree to use it when P5 releases.
I vote for Nickelback, all one word.

of course it works, since no one is expecting that SMT X FE will save the WII U nor will nintendo let the wii u fall from there support like sony tends to to with unsuccesfull stuff (Vita)What day is Atlus' TGS show?
Wii U doesn't really have time though. It's easy to say that when the hardware is selling good/great, like with the 3DS. PQ is primed for success; SMTxFE is being made for a system with next to no install base.
It's Nintendos money to spend as they see fit (assuming they're paying for it), but "it takes time" doesn't really work here.
First name Glasses, last name Kun. That's the only possible answer LOOL.

Nintendo has never killed a console early in its life, and they aren't known for rushing the development of games either.
Maybe SMT x FE will end up being canceled, but I'm not going to jump to conclusions just because we haven't seen it at this point.

Persona 5 character: Hey, Kun-kun!
I know it's early, but it was announced at the same Direct as Yarn Yoshi and we've already seen that game and have it slated for 2015. Granted something like SMTxFE would be a bit more complicated than a platformer, but something should have come out to show it's development.
We saw real screenshots of Yarn Yoshi when it was revealed though. SMTxFE was just a teaser and nothing else.
I'm not talking about "saving the Wii U", I'm talking about selling enough copies to even be worth production. That's a question you start seriously asking yourself when you're making a niche calloborstion between niche franchises on a niche system. Nibtendo's a big company. Niche profits probably aren't crazy appealing.
Thinking about it, I wouldn't be surprised if they moved it to 3DS.

I haven't watched the IKs enough yet to rank them, but I know for a fact that Marie's is somewhere near the bottom. So now that I finally completed to watch the P4G Let's Play series (I'm thinking of watching DR/SDR2 next), how would you guys rank the newcomers' IK in Ultimax? (excluding Margaret since we haven't seen her full sequence)
1-Ken and Koro
2-Yukari
3-[Redacted]
4-Junpei
5-Sho
6-Marie
7-Rise
Pfft, what next, Tekken crossed with Street Fighter characters? Get a grip man.
Oh yeah, I really like Rise's too. Pretty unique.I haven't watched the IKs enough yet to rank them, but I know for a fact that Marie's is somewhere near the bottom.
For supers though, Rise has to have the best one. You can win by timeout with her mini game.

"I hope Kun-senpai notices me... Oh wait, but his glasses are off!"Persona 5 character: Hey, Kun-kun!
Not entirely sold on the new guys look yet but here for this so damn hard.
I wonder how the shuffle system will be in this game we have so little to go on.
Maybe more during TGS?

I never claimed either of those things.
I'm not talking about Nintendos habits I'm talking about the market. The market is in the habit of not buying the Wii U.
Hey, Marie's totally going to be in Persona Dancing, isn't she?

Maybe Sho too, lol.
I'm okay with this, but I hope we get the P3 cast in on it, too.
....in their arena outfits?
....in their arena outfits?
I want for them to have their own equally ridiculous "idol" outfits.
You know how badly I would pay to have Koromaru dancing around in a little hoodie?
I'd pay quite a bit for that.
I would pay large amounts of money for Aigis ver. Idol just saying
Gah that version has too many decalsOnly after we get Aigis ver.Ka
Gah that version has too many decals
Persona 5 X Ouran High School Host Club (all we need is Maaya Sakamoto to voice MC)
I approve of this!
I'm not biased, I swear!
And that comic is absolutely hilarious.
