Any breeding tips and tricks this game i should be aware of?

I think ill give dark meowth technician ability which works nicely with fury swipes, payday and pursuit. Then the next one ill breed the move that lowers attack and swaps out for another poke when i find a panchm to breed that move.

Hopefully he wont suck because dark meowth is the greatest, ever.

So Mamoswine/Skarmory/Lycanroc are the only really useful Pokes that learn Stealth Rock in the Alolan region. This is incredibly disappointing.

EDIT: Ok Alolan Golem learns it too and Skarmory can't due to egg groups. I don't even consider Gigalith useful when we don't have access to enough Sandmons.

You can only fish at piles of rocks. They give an a prompt when you're close. Rippling water gives you rarer Pokémon

Absolutely. I name every Pokemon I catch, even the ones I don't plan on using. It can endear you to your Pokemon in unexpected ways, and that's half the fun of the game IMO.

Serebii has all the info you need. Looks like you need to get Moonblast from either Sylveon or Primarina. Freeze Dry will be harder as you need to get it from Smeargle with Sketch I think.
