Haha! Didn't notice that one!

If you still hold it for a bit after the first move Chandelure will start to have a glow. When you release after the glow it will minimize. Threw me off when I was doing it too.So, I'm confused. How do I do minimize with Chandelure?
The game says hold and release A, but it does a different move instead.
Also doing action dojo and it says hold and release X, but I'm not figuring that out either. It's making me feel so dumb.

100.
The last Mewtwo combo in his combo trial is BULL.Is it me or do some combos have absurd timing that has to be perfected in order to use them consistently?
Theres one of the Blaziken combos i cant do so i gave up trying it.
Pika Libre's super was fucking incredible.
Good shit.
For combo 5 with Garchomp I had to use my left hand to push B. Feel like I was missing something. Is it me or do some combos have absurd timing that has to be perfected in order to use them consistently?

Do you need the special controller or can you use like a gamecube one for the game? I was just wondering if I needed to pick the pad or not.

Te gamecube controller doesn't work. The supported controllers are the gamepad, pro controller, wii remote + nunchuck, classic controller pro, and the Pokken pad. I've been playing with the gamepad and the game controls fine.
pro pad works
Oh, OK. I'm borrowing a friend's Wii U and I don't know what controllers he has other than the gamepad itself and the GC ones, lol.
Do the stat points you allocate cap out at all? Wondering if there's any use in paying attention to them or just dropping them in anywhere.
Can you respec?
Yeah my only real gripe about this game so far are the graphics. Sometimes they're ok and sometimes I feel like I'm playing early PS2 era bullshit. Hell, Smash 4 has a bunch of 2D backgrounds stuff and junk they cut corners on but it still looks damn good. Maybe I'm used to how games look on my PC or something but sometimes I look at Pokken and it causes me physical harm.

Just competitive-fighting games?Peléo;198696839 said:I hope this game sells well and it opens space for more competitive-fighting pokemom games.
Just competitive-fighting games?
I want more Pokemom games in general. We don't get nearly enough of those!
Mewtwo should be banned from competitive play
Agreed!! This game is super unique and is just a breath of fresh air for fighting games in my opinionPeléo;198696839 said:I hope this game sells well and it opens space for more competitive-fighting pokemom games.
Had to turn Nia's voice off during the matches, and for some reason she keeps calling my Pokemon Weavil in between rounds even though I never use him lol. I really have no idea why she's doing that.
She's talking about her own pokemon. But yeah, switched her chatter off and changed the language to JP to make it tolerable.
As much as I enjoy playing as Braixen I'm thinking I need to pick another character if I'm going to play online. I can't win a single match. The single player and offline is fun though and no issues there. Though I do wish there was a way of escaping from combos and that might be my biggest issue. Though maybe my issue is with Ranked and I should still with Friendly instead.Had better luck there last night.
Next up on my list to check out is Weavile, Charizard, PIkachu Libre, and maybe Lucario.

Braixen is fun but definitely not beginner friendly. Her combos are tricky and she's designed such that your playstyle needs to be centered around getting opportunities for Sunny Day so you can use her enhanced specials.
All of the other characters you mentioned are more beginner friendly than she is.
