Just legal? Sod that. If we get all branches of government I want free federally delivered marijuana. By way of a "thank you" to the country for having to put up with Republicans all these years.

I just wanted to say that there definitely needs to be a The End of the GOP |OT| at this point. The flood of Trump/Trump related threads in the OT is getting out of hand and smothering other threads.

North Carolina is still trending blue, just not moving at the light speed we saw with Virginia. Back in '08 NC was seven points more Republican than the country and, per 538, that gap is down to around 3.5 points. If trends continue (lol) then by 2024 it'll be a true tossup. .

Pretty much, the documentary is very good at explaining the ISIS war. Obama was the best person outside of Hillary to probably deal with this issue. Republicans would have been much more gun-ho and Donald Trump; would ask " Why not nuke them?". Trump is too much of a dumbass and have the knowledge of an average person to deal with a complicated issue.

I just watched the O'Reilly interview and he looks and sounds completely fed up with Trump at this point it's a beautiful thing to see. And Trump seems more and more unhinged by the day he looks like he has gotten zero sleep in months.

I'll take the mostly innocent (that i come in contact with) Ken Bone stuff over the 2edgy4me Harambe jokes that we suffered through all summer.

this is the kind of stuff i see online and it seems fine to me. especially given such a vile debate and that he asked a decent enough question (although how he is undecided is beyond me)

Yeah the adoption of the Ken Bone neme is clearly at least partially a reaction to how ugly the debate was. Here in the middle of it is this walking stereotype from 1992 who seemed to be a jovial fellow, memorized his question, is actually articulate (check his interviews) and doesnt seem to have a mean bone in his body (haha). He is totally in on the joke, likes it and it is all pretty innocent.

And that sweater!

I usually hate memes but never mind the ones that are kindhearted.

Same. Ken Bone's having a fun time, people are having a fun time, it's all good.

Maybe because I'm just jaded with internet, but I think all this Ken Bone stuff is underhanded ridicule of the guy. He has this Ned Flanders thing going for him yet he has a porn star sounding name. I'm sure some people genuinely like him and his "everyman" thing with a cool name, but I guess those are few and far between.

But in any case, I'm glad to see he has a sense of humor about him and doesn't mind Bone Zone, Bone Heads, etc. monikers coming about.

Northern Virginia ,which is essentially an ever expanding DC Metropolis area, is the main reason. 2008 was the first year I voted and it was also when it went blue and never went back.

I doubt we would see that even with a liberal supreme court, democrat controlled congress and democrat President. At least it would be received better than the Republicans.

I hate to be the "No Fun Allowed" guy but yeah this one has me really lost. I enjoy memes and all but this Ken Bone meme just seems manufactured and dumb. I turned on CNN and saw them discussing Ken Bone for a while and was just lost as there was a lot more substance to discuss about.
