Trump with teleprompters looks sorta silly. And he didn't write a word of this, nor does he understand a word of it. But he's faking it pretty well, all things considered, given this is about as far out of his wheelhouse as you could possibly get. Ooh, and whoever wrote this tied in classic Trumpisms like "deals"! Give this person a raise.

He has shown himself to be really good when he's rehearsed and when other people write the script for him. When he's off script or put in a tricky situation, he stumbles.
Regardless of what he's saying, it's very pro-Israel delivered in a strong-man Trump charisma, and it's working very well.

The general election electorate has really shown that they love off-script Trump.
No one is panicking here, just saying not to take him lightly.
He can stand up and recite a good canned speech. That's often good enough. If not for his previous rhetoric, he'd stand a much better chance in the general and if he keeps it up, he could persuade a lot of low-info voters.

Trump can't keep that shit up, because he refuses to stay on script 99% of the time. He was fed those lines. In a debate, or a one-on-one, he won't have all of those facts at hand. The media will try to throw him under the bus and make him look like an idiot constantly.
