Trade deals are a net positive to America, Bernie demonizing them is the same as Trump demonizing immigrants. It's just populist garbage designed to give people something to blame for their misfortunes.

Something like 95% of economists agree that free trade is good for America. I'm not talking about hand picked corporate economists either, but dozens of Economic professors from liberal colleges like MIT. http://www.igmchicago.org/igm-economic-experts-panel/poll-results?SurveyID=SV_d68906VNWqVmiGN

Bernie should be ashamed of himself for this propaganda, it might get him votes but it's harmful for America

They might be a net positive, but let's not pretend the benefits are equitably distributed.

Well, she's literally lying on Bernie's record and denying the facts of the past. She's done it a lot. In this instance she literally thanked him for his work on healthcare.

By the way, someone should let NDT know that Trump rallies are not the place people need to go through vote for him.

Well it's not like he's being entirely honest about her record in the 90's either, so I figure it's a wash.

not sure if it's up to date, but delegates in the minor contests today:

DC: Rubio-10, Kasich-9
Wyoming: Cruz-9, Rubio-1, Trump-1, undeclared-1 (?)

Northern Marianas (for the Democrats): Clinton-4, Sanders-2

Can someone explain NDT's tweet for me? I don't know why, but my brain is locking up trying to decipher what he's saying.

They aren't silent on him and have literally been fine with him for years on years now. Why are you rewriting/ignoring history for your conspiracy theories? Is this your first election? Do you have any political experience? Hillary is hated far more by Republicans than Bernie has ever been. He could have a far easier time reaching across the aisle given the past.

There's a pretty big difference between the Republican party machine in campaign mode and (many) Republican elected officials in working mode. She's gotten pretty high praises as being someone who's easy to work with from both parties. Yes, the second article I'm linking is from a Democrat, but Favreau's details are illuminating and relevant to why she's easy to work with.

Jon Favreau said:
This same story has repeated itself throughout Clinton’s career: those who initially view her as distrustful and divisive from afar find her genuine and cooperative in person. It was the case with voters in New York, Republicans in the Senate, Obama people in the White House, and heads of state all over the world. There’s a reason being America’s chief diplomat was the specific job Obama asked Hillary to do—she has the perfect personality for it.

With that said, Bernie is better at working with Republicans than most people think.

So I'd be confident in either one of them once they get to the White House, but to me HillaryCare->CHIP is just more impressive than the VA bill. She took a shellacking for HillaryCare. To come back from that experience on one of your signature campaign goals, engage in another long battle and win it through compromise, is pretty damn impressive. Especially when you're First Lady and this wasn't even your job in the first place.

I whinny my fervor lowly, for his length is not as great as those of the Hylian war stallions
That's a hell of a leap NDT. I don't think anyone is pushing for them not to be able to vote.

What is everything based on? Kinda weird.

If I remember right, internet searches and activity. I'm not quite ready to put a whole lot of stock in it, especially to the point where I'd ignore regular polling or something like 538 or Sam Wang, but it's certainly an interesting approach. Though I feel it might be skewed young given how we know demographics operate. Note how he's only doing it for Democrats, if he can't apply it to both I'm not sure how reliable it is going to be going forward.

A combination of Google Trends and demographics apparently.

Looks like he only started doing it recently and only thing he's gotten wrong is that he called Minnesota for Hillary.

Maybe he uses it to gauge how high youth turnout will be and goes from there? Michigan was won for Bernie primarily on the back of a high youth turnout.

My only thing with this is, does it work in a more crowded field? Does it only work for the Democrats? Does it only work this year? I'm all for new ways of looking at things, but if this is a thing that is extremely limited in scope I see no reason to really use it.

Sure, but this is not a good argument against trade deals. That's just cutting off your nose to spite your face. If trade deals are good for the 99%, then they're good even if they're even better for the 1%.

I'm watching this Tyler guy's blog after Michigan.

Seems like it could still be a good Tuesday for Hillary...

Looking through his history, his predictions are kind of all over the place. He missed Colorado by 18 points, Minnesota by 28 points, Vermont by 30 points, Massachusetts by 14 points, Kansas by 20 points, Louisiana by 15 points, and while he was one of the only people to accurately predict Michigan, he still missed the margin by about 5 points. Given that 3 of his 5 march 15th predictions are within 3 points of each other, I don't think they're at all indicative of who will win those states.
