Sen Bob Casey (D, PA) just said on MSNBC that McCain may have torpedoed a consensus this evening.

There was a consensus, and McCain seemed to be leading a REP gaggle against it.

I saw the majority of this interview on youtube yesterday, but these parts now are even worse.

She sounds like a bumbling idiot who can't even directly answer a question.
"Well Russia is our next door neighbor." I live next to a bar but I'm no liquor expert.

Not as much as Katie Couric during her colonoscopy. ZING!

Seriously though, Palin looked like she was about to cry. I don't blame her though, I'd be stressed if I didn't have an answer to every question I was asked.

Its like she thinks the world is a comic book:

Apocalypse lives in Tehran, We are the X-Men...

she has absolutly NO depth on ANY issue

Basically she's proven that it'll be extremely easy for Biden to debate. He'll just focus on the questions himself, not focus on her at all, and watch her flounder.

Almost... too easy...

I wonder if she maybe has meltdowns behind the scenes from all the stress, or that she's just so oblivious and arrogant that she has no problem at all doing those disastrous interviews/Q&A's.

I can't even watch the interviews completely. I literally feel embarrassed watching them. I get the same way when watching humiliating moments on tv. Except those are usually funny, mostly harmless. This is just sad.

:lol :lol David Gregory

"Is Barack Obama talking enough about the future? About where he wants the country to go?"

That's a pretty moronic question.

They're probably already prepping Palin for her debate like 20 hours a day right now :lol

Biden will just stroll in there, knowing he's got his shit on lockdown.

EDIT: Damnit, no Matthews tonight.

Didn't this happen in The West Wing? Everyone thought Bartlett was going to win the debates easily and as such expectations on Richie was zilch. So an average showing by Richie would've been great.

As someone else said, Biden shouldn't attack Palin. Just stick to answering the questions and let her sort herself out.

Fixed

Ideologically-warped fiscal conservatives were already uneasy about the package, afraid that they were being called socialist ninnies.

Palin said:
It's very important when you consider even national security issues with Russia as Putin rears his head and comes into the air space of the United States of America, where — where do they go? It's Alaska. It's just right over the border. It is — from Alaska that we send those out to make sure that an eye is being kept on this very powerful nation, Russia, because they are right there. They are right next to ... to our state," she said.

Is Putin the boogyman now? :lol

I'm kinda hoping Palin just a helluva poker face and is setting everyone up to belive she's really as ignorant as she looks right now.

I'm embarrased for her....

That's so stupid of them. It's only socialism when undeserving poor people are being helped.
