The rumor mentioned that - in addition to the Silent Hill soft-reboot in development at Japan Studio (with former Team Silent staff at the helm of the title) - Sony, Konami and Kojima were in talks earlier this year about the possibility of bringing back Silent Hills.
It really doesn't matter because the deal between the three parties didn't work out as Kojima turned down on the project.

Price $469 and $369 for the disc-less. I was pretty sure they would go $499/$399, but think they may drop it to win the price war over the X and put the disc-less in the range of the s. Has to be $100 price difference between disc and disc-less to suck everyone into buying digital.
I think the Uncharted Sully game seems likely, but they have to be showing something Uncharted at this show. Probably just a CGI trailer, but hopefully gameplay that will look truly next-gen beautiful.
Street Fighter 6. Maybe also something enhanced about SF5. Also something Marvel vs. Capcom related that takes advantage of Sony's ownership of the most popular surviving Avenger.
A section on enhancements for PS4 games. God of War, Horizon ZD, Death Stranding, Spider-man, Last of Us 2, Uncharted 4, Witcher 3, RDR2, Destiny 2, etc.
A section on PSVR and how it will be enhanced by PS5. Star Wars, RE8, Hitman, Dreams. A tease and release window for the new PSVR.
