That's probably what we are getting and they are just letting the public play what the Streamers got to play. So probably that intro section with the stalker enemy.

Kinda hope when they say "globally" they mean they plan to put out a online demo as well.

If only so players can play around with both 1st and 3rd person perspective modes.
