I hope they bring her in for another 11 hour public interview in which she eviscerates them and her poll numbers go up in response.

I feel like we could have funded free college education with the amount of time and money wasted on all these useless investigations.

Does your federal government actually do anything? Serious question, I mean I fucking hate what the Australian government has been doing for the last few years so maybe it's better to just be blocked all the time but it really does seem obnoxiously bad.

How many years ago was Benghazi now? I mean a fucking Michael Bay MOVIE came out before republicans moved on (Or have they????).

Our system requires agreement between the House of Representatives, the Senate, and the president in order to get anything done. Since 2011, control of these three has been split between the Democrats and Republicans. These two parties seemingly take polar opposite positions on most issues, so they don't come to any agreement, and so nothing gets done.

It didn't used to be this bad in the past, but over time the Democrats have moved increasingly to the left and the Republicans have moved increasingly to the right, so nowadays they hardly agree on anything at all.

He also called for the director of National Intelligence to "block" Clinton from accessing classified information as a presidential candidate, given her handling of government secrets over her private email server.

This sounds so much like an idea Trump would have.

Oh Jesus.

$87+m spent in useless votes (60+) to repeal Obamacare
$7m spent in the Benghazi whitch hunt hearings

After 2+ years of State Department and FBI investigations which turned up a stern scolding at most, why don't we just drag this out a little more?

F* Republicans.

Where are those numbers from? Like what did they spend that money on at all? Is that just lawyer fees added for all the Obamacare cases + salary for the people involved with the Benghazi hearings?

Look, sometimes you investigate something, and when that investigation doesn't give you the result you want you have to investigate the investigation until things turn out like you thought they should in the first place.

And if that investigation doesn't work, we'll have another one.

While they only now just finished the report on the Benghazi shit, they're still running ads on it.

I'm sorry, but $87 million trying to repeal Obamacare?

Holy crap!

What I'm getting out of this is congress essentially spent like $100 million on pointless repeals and investigations!

Republicans pride themselves deeply on their fiscal responsibility. Ryan needs to go cut lunches to poor kids so they can do important stuff like this!

Don't forget the government shutdown. That cost something like $32 billion.

Edit: it's actually somewhere between $12 billion and $24 billion. Still...

Can you blame them? There should be some sort of federal bureau in charge of investigating things so this wouldn't be necessary. If that group existed, they could just decide whether or not the bad decisions made by Clinton rose to the level of an illegal offense.

Things like:
-Improved process for H1Bs to become permanent residents.
-Education reform
- Campaign reform
- GSE rules/restrictions
- Infrastructure investments
- Gun control
And countless other extremely important things are getting ignored for this crap!

"No reasonable prosecutor would press charges, so we've found an unreasonable one."

I hate these fucks. Win or lose come November, the next 4-8 years are going to be completely miserable.

We'll call it the Bureau of Federal Investigations, or BFI for short.

Nah, don't bother. By not voting in the midterms, you continue the clusterfuck of hilarity that is our government. Makes for good comedy most of the time.

Some people would rather have their political leaders actually doing something that might improve their lives.

No way. To be fair, you'd have to put a Republican in charge of the investigation.

Their decisions cause the lives of a lot of americans to be miserable. Some folks have a dog in the fight, other than lulz.

Goddamn these dudes just don't give up. Now they are going to investigate the FBI's investigation.

Can't blame them, this is the only thing they got left that's fresh and that will stick all campaign. Running 10 ads about this and Benghazi an hour is about the only chance they have right now of getting Trump back within single digits by November. Well, unless Clinton picks Urkel as VP or something.

We need to bring back the chalkboard meme, but it's just Benghazi and emails written and crossed out 100 times.

How about a hearing for Marco Rubio spending GOP funds to remodel his house?

Yeah but who will investigate the investigation into the FBI investigation? That's what's really important right now.

lmao, Congress holding yet another hearing on something Clinton-related has to be the biggest fucking joke. An investigation of the FBI investigation?! Is Ryan that tone deaf?
