Clark...is...
dead
. Not that we didn't know that was going to happen, but it's still pretty major to actually see it.

Still waiting for Brainiac to make an appearance...

Really? I thought he would just
be dead
for the rest of the series.

:D

:lol

This has been a hilarious episode.

LOL @ the movie minute. Wow, some random clip of a boy running from something and Tom Welling crashing a truck.

"That convinced me; I really want to see The Fog now!"

Haha, Lex would lose it if Lionel decided to be Clark's father :lol

so uh what happend. Clark died, commercial - went to make a sandwitch, come back in and clark is alive in space stopping a missle.

HHAHAHA," I think I've made a terrible mistake", I wish he quoted Arrested Dev word for word.

:lol Yeah, I noticed that too! +1 Arrested Development reference! That would have ended the episode perfectly. Not their best one by any stretch, but that would have pushed it to the top.

I wonder what Lana thought when she saw Clark's face all smudged and his clothes torn up. I guess she was just so happy to see him, she didn't care. Still, you think later she would have asked about it.

Well, it was more of a Wonder Woman-esque kind of jump.

Yeah, it was a SuperJump, no doubt propelled by some variety of SuperFart.

I thought that was a rather packed fulla action episode. I mean, they even did the slow motion bit with a good 10 minutes left in the show.

So, is Vegas taking odds on who gets screwed thanks to Clark? I bet it's the dog. Or Pete.

It's gotta be Pete. I'm guessing he's coming back to the show to die. They're gonna make us think it's Chloe, and then BAM, Pete's dead. Sucks to be him.

Holy shit this week has been unreal.

First Infinite Crisis is a fucking amazing issue, then I get a Clark Space Jump and re-entry!

HELL YES!

I was thinking the same thing. And Clark is an ass for not telling his secret to Lana. It'll probably be the reason why she's going to dump him cuz he's destined for Lois anyway.

Heh, when does he end up falling in love with Lois in the comics? Is there any chance that will happen on the show, or is that way later? It's hard to imagine Lois and him instead of Lana and him.

He's convinced that he can't tell her in order to protect her. He loves her so much that he doesn't want her to have to deal with that side of her...or something along those lines. Chloe's a little more accepting of such weird things, and she didn't exactly find out with his consent.

Speaking of Chloe, that neckline's just dropping more and more lately (from last week's episode)...

:lol That's exactly the same thing I said too.

"Hey Clark"
"Pete!"
*bam* he gets hit by a car driven by Lionel/Jor El
"It was fated my son..."

I still don't understand how Jor El supposedly returns the life force to Clark without first taking it from someone else though... but whatever.

I saw no re-entry...

Anyhow, the resurrection/healing could've been easily explained(lied about) if Clark had any sense at all.

Clark: "I'm not sure, I woke up and a (random) meteor freak was standing over me.. then he was gone. I didn't even get the chance to thank him."
Lana: "Oh it's ok Clark. As long as you're back"

She would've easily swallowed that "Miracles happen" bs from Lex until he got upset and told her that normal people don't come back to life. :lol

i think the person who will die is his father. doesn't he die when clark is young in the comics? maybe thats how they are working it in...

They both(mother and father) die way before he even moves to Metropolis in the initial comics. His mother died first, then his father. Then on his death bed his father tells him to use his powers for good and he was destined for great things blah blah.

But it's been revised since then. Hell, in Lois and Clark they were both alive well after he got to Metropolis. It depends on which arc the writers want to follow.

If they have any sense it'll be Jonathan Kent the episode after the
Dukes of Hazzard reunion. Yeehaw!!

My unhealthy Kristin Kreuk addiction aside, Chloe's been incredibly cute this season...

Allison was always cuter than Kristin :p I also prefer Erica Durance to Kristin.

Man I have class when Smallville is on, I should stop reading these threads and just get the DVD set later.

I think they're both incredibly attractive in two different ways. Kristin has the most beautiful face I have ever seen, while Allison is all-around cute with a nice body. It's nice to see a hot girl that's not a wafer. Allison has a sort of Kelly Clarkson-like thickness to her that I like.

The first thing I thought of when I heard someone he loves is gonna be sacrificed to save his own life was Pete. I thought it to be too obvious since they brought him up a couple of time over these last two episodes. I didn't even remember the dog Krypto but I don't think the dog will be the sacrificial lamb.

I think Chloe's the one to die. She was the one he was trying to save that started the whole fiasco. And out of the cast, she's the one that makes the most sense to die, well next to pa kent. Seeming how she is in no other timeline or comic continuity.

Oooooh, that's an excellent guess. Hmmm.

Except when Clarks parents asked if he used protection, he said yeah. But who knows maybe his sperm are still super even if he wasn't and busted through that rubber! :lol

For all the logical fallacies that have been used in this series, you think a busted condom is above them?
