I'm happy for once

yeah, i read that they are going to be individual releases for each arc. Sucks, but I'm going to probably get it if I can.
also lol at Kizu being released on Blu Ray. Needs to be freaking made first. CMON SHAFT
[Cowboy Bebop Blu-Ray Japanese Dub] 1 - 10
Damn this show looks insane.
Anyway, this is my first time watching through in the original Japanese and I have to say that, as good as the English dub cast is overall the Japanese cast is actually a notch above, something I didn't actually expect.
So yeah I bought this
my wallet hurts, but I like the show too much to not support it.
Hopefully there will be a Monogatari Second Season box set. Gonna start saving for that.
Yeah, it's the Girls Bravo dub that should be hailed as the number one english dub.
Elfen Lied 06:
SELECTIVE TRAUMA-INDUCED AMNESIA ARE YOU SHITTING ME?
*vomits*
wow so tears very symbolism
GOD NO
ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha yessssss, just what this show needed to make its shitheap of cheap suffering complete.
I know Kizu has not finished production yet, but I will at least purchase that part of the series once the Blu-ray is made available.
What KLK should have been.
For what it's worth it makes M.D. Geist seem tame. Though I liked Geist's brand of dum better. This was closer to Deathforce if anything.I'll watch anything with that tagline.
I will buy it with the quickness as well, but I just wish they would throw us a bone on where Kizu is at the moment.
Correct.I am starting to think Kizu will be released after the Final Season novels have had their anime adaptations. The Final Season novels are supposed to be having an anime once the series is completed right, or am I mistaken?
lol

Bebop's kinda like MGS in where it feels more natural to hear it in English for a lotta folks. Even though, it's the opposite for a lot of anime, or even games.
On that note; I've been getting into dubs more and more lately. I find that the quality across the board has gone up a lot in the dub scene to where the English dub often comparable in quality to its JP counterpart, and sometimes even preferable. Watching through Black Lagoon again, but in English, had me thinking on it.
I think cute-girls-doing-cute-things shows, especially ones that are explicitly and obviously based in Japanese high schools, really don't work in English.
Especially for non-Americans.
As everybody should know, Black Lagoon is the GOD DAMN. If you disagree, you're wrong. I just heard a series called Jourmand (sp?) is set in the same universe and written by the same author. I've heard the show mentioned before but I don't know too much about it. It doesn't seem to be spoken with as much praise as BL but even if it isn't AS good as BL, is it still good? Worth my time?
Was just able to get on for the first time since this afternoon.
Anyhoo, this was probably already pointed out when it was announced, but just in case, Rightstuf has the Cardcaptor Sakura Blu-Ray collection up for preorder for only $180. Course the "only" is being used loosely, but that's probably the cheapest it's going to be for a while.
There should be six Blu-ray sets once Hanamonogatari is released, one to cover each arc. As much as I would like to own the BDs, I think I will import the LNs in the coming months and only spend about $300 compared to the hundreds of dollars on the BD sets. Will definitely pick up Kizumonogatari whenever that comes around to being released on Blu-ray.
Short hair is the cutest in fact.
Guess today was a slow day eh?

Tweet it at them anyway.Finished the first two stories in the 11th Spice & Wolf light novel and I noticed Yen Press completely botched the placement of three of the black and white illustrations on pages 13, 65, and 78. I did not notice the misplacement on page 13, but after rereading the text next the illustration the mistake was abundantly clear. Don't really know how to address this to Yen Press besides Twitter during their day hours.
Man, Rumi Ookubo really sound like Ayana Taketatsu.
Tweet it at them anyway.
How botched are we talking here? A few pages off, or nowhere near the corresponding text?
yessir
To DM someone on Twitter they need to be following you, but Yen Press doesn't do that for any of their own followers, so just tweeting them @yenpress should be fine. I'm sure they look all those over.I will tweet them tomorrow just to make certain someone is hopefully logged in to read my message and hopefully respond. Not sure how to direct message on Twitter, so I may also have to look into that option as well.
The illustrations in question are not even in the correct story. The latter two mistakes are quite evident since the illustrations depict people not even present in the current story!
Here's my attempt to explain the illustration mistakes. First page lists current illustration placement, and the arrow points to where the illustration actually should be.
Page 13 -> Page 65
Page 65 -> Page 78
Page 78 -> Page 13

Revolutionary genius on par with the greatest minds in history.
Elfen Lied looks like one of those low budget hentais I see sometimes.
Can't compete with the documentary on creampuffs and waterfalls, aka Futaba!

Really, it is better to just read the manga in the case of Elfen Lied.
