So the pictures were all just rotated one. That's annoying and unfortunate, to be certain, but far from the worst thing that could have happened. It's also easy enough to mitigate once one knows about it, so thanks for the heads up and taking one for the team.

Yes, the illustrations were off by one rotation in a sense. There are two additional illustrations, not including those before each story start, on pages 47 and 172 that are in the correct placement.

This certainly is annoying and truly bugs me despite being a minor error, just like the hiccups from Seven Seas' Railgun manga and the "railgun" not having a shadow effect on the spine of volumes 3 and 4. Not to mention what VIZ did to those Case Closed spine consistency, though this picture is not my personal collection. All of these errors pale in comparison to when I received the 8th volume of the Spice & Wolf light novel last year and saw that an extra binding consisting of thirty or so pages were literally sticking out of the novel folded in half, twice. Wish I would have saved the pics when I transferred phones, but at least Right Stuf sent me a new copy at no cost.

Sadly, as noted in a previous post of mine, this is the reason why I have yet to purchase the standard editions of Arakawa Under the Bridge from NIS America. I would gladly accept a slight delay in anime/manga releases for better quality control.

Another game starts and of course another meltdown happens in the middle of it. At least they recovered pretty early and fully using that Kobayashi voice to victory.

It's actually a not bad representation of Lacunar amnesia, which may explain Kouta's earlier actions (like not taking Lucy/Nyu to the police).

Yes. But if you want true heart-warming diabeetus with hilarious comedy and a fantastic lead, read Ore Monogatari. After it was recommended to me I recommended it to two others and they've all loved it and caught up with it. You might say that 2 people ain't that impressive. But fuckaaaa you whareeee

I don't know. The only reason that Kouta

doesn't completely despise Lucy at the end is because he got to know her as Nyu first

, so I don't know if protectiveness and mercy would be his first subconscious impulses in determining his behavior toward her after seeing her again for the first time. Yuka doesn't suggest taking Nyu to the police either, so there's no indication that he was resisting doing the "right" thing without understanding why.

I don't think it was as much a problem of GAF being broken, and more that people couldn't access GAF itself to get the style link workaround that would fix things in their browser. Kind of a circular problem. (I ended up finding it on MikeHattsu's twitter, actually.)

Aniplex is releasing them by story arc for Monogatari SS it looks like. With Neko white coming out first on June 24th for like $60.

Anyway, this is my first time watching through in the original Japanese and I have to say that, as good as the English dub cast is overall the Japanese cast is actually a notch above, something I didn't actually expect.

I'm looking forward to buying the BDs when they're released later this year.

Way to introduce a a character who provides some credence to the antagonists' claims that Diclonius are inherently violent toward humans and too dangerous to allow to exist, show. I would have been fine with this sort of thing if it had been evenly applied throughout the show, but the show isn't trying to be morally ambiguous and treat the concept of being "too dangerous to exist" as a thought-provoking issue, it's just undermining its own moral framework because it's climax time and it's just doing whatever at this point.

I honestly think in the case of this show youre exaggerating reactions. Elfen Lied was not that terrible. It wasnt great but youre reacting like one of the List shows and its not that good (or bad)
