Actually, I thought that was a very solid showing. FF7R looked great.

The only downside was the peculiar presentation of the western developed titles. Show some fucking gameplay and dial back the cringe... its embarrassing. To be fair, again this presser had far less egregious offenders than some, but still.

It was kinda striking how little Xbox stuff was on there though, at times it felt like a Playstation showcase.

When I heard about this co-op focused and episodic gameplay my moderate hype for avengers quickly deflated, they spend so much money on this game, if this fails it will be the end of all their eidos studios. Outriders seems like a game that is set up for failure also. Oh boy. At least ff7R looks awesome.

If not for all of that FF7 love at the beginning of the show, this would have been a D. FF8 is great but it is a remaster and so is Crystal Chronicles. They really messed up the Avenger's faces and they were kinda shady when explaining the game.

FF7 remake seems to be a pretty solid remake from the trailer and gameplay. I missed the turn based gameplay though.

Really good show. Easily the best in this year's E3. I'm only disappointed they didn't show anything from Babylon's Fall. I guess this game is going to be delayed to 2020.

It makes sense we won't see the next-gen title they've been working on. After all, the consoles have yet to be formally unveiled.
