Read it. For upcoming weekend, not this weekend (i admit it is unclear but so far all beta weekeend invites have gone out before thursday).

That's all fine and dandy, but I certainly would like to get a head start on the download, but with no link that's tough to do.

Just got an invite as well. Email is not clear on when it is. Logging into my account on the official site right now.

Pretty jazzed to try this out finally. Hopefully it is for today as I have the day off!!

Hmm, the build we're going to test is not probably quite ready yet.

EDIT, NO ONE GOT SELECTED, everyone simply got in for stress test.

Yep, just got one myself. It's going to be a crazy weekend.

Looks like the devs are heading into the home stretch.

I'll be out tonight and most of tomorrow. Looks like my only time will be on Sunday.

Last Beta only lasted like 3 weeks with the previous build before a new one came out. There is a good chance there will be one final build to come out before launch that everyone will have to redownload, and it probably will be a release candidate that might qualify also for the early head starts

Since all beta testers now use the same forums, I'd assume they all use the same build. Otherwise discussions about bugs and balance would be pretty meaningless across testing groups.

Sounds like the client we'll be testing isn't available yet.

Yeah, I think I got reinvited for the huge stress testing beta.

The e-mail is different than the one I got for the first October weekend beta, as that e-mail actually gave me times and shit straight in my invite e-mail. This one is just vague. If it's next weekend, that makes me sad because i'll totally be playing Skyward Sword.

I'm a little confused about this. Is this separate from this weekend? I received two invites. One yesterday and one today. The one I got yesterday was clearly labeled for this weekend only and that they wanted to do a stress test Friday night. The one I got today had no dates and just said I'm in and don't get any beta codes from any sites.

If they're different than yay, hopefully I won't need to download the client again.

We’re excited to announce that later this month we will be conducting our largest Beta Testing Weekend yet, specifically designed to help us stress test our servers in preparation for the launch of Star Wars™: The Old Republic™.
