Isn't the mouse aiming screwed up in this game

Hm. Played about 10 minutes with kb/m and it was ok.

I'm about to reinstall Binary Domain, The first hour didn't really catch me but those gifs look great.

I just got done playing almost 4 hours of Binary Domain, thanks freshVeggie for those inspiring gifs. The game is actually pretty good after you get past the first level which I found kind of boring.

ofc the moment i install my new videocard my computer goes into "only show black screen" mode. i installed it like i installed any other videocard before, so i'm not sure what i could've done wrong, but i'm no expert either, so took it to an it place for them to get a look at it. they said the motherboard might be fried, but that dumb kid didn't look too trustworthy. being a computer place tho, they're not gonna try hard to fix it and will prolly just try to get me to buy something

in 2015 i've had my videocard, two psus, two headsets, my ps3 and now maybe my motherboard all spontaneously die. this has been one of the most bizarre years i've ever lived as far as computers goes

i feel like this might be the last expensive computer thing i'll buy, it's just not worth it to go through all this anxiety and stress so that i can turn on antialiasing or whatever. i was fine for like 4 months without a videocard, i probably could do just fine just buying cheap shit that can run stuff at minimum settings and not feel too awful about it

this year has been one of the weirdest of my life overall, and it's just like a bit over half way through

I actually still need to play a lot of the series, the titles I've played in it are all weird ones (I've played Crystal Chronicles, CC Ring of Fates, CC Cryystal Bearers, FF3 DS, XIII, and XIII-2), I need to sit down and play the series, but I recognize the monster from being in a few I've played and know a bit about some other entries in the series. I mainly remember him personally from the first Crystal Chronicles, I mainly remember him being a poison cloud monster who would dance and jiggle around a lot and was annoying if you didn't have anti-poison orbs on hand and would use other plant monsters to heal itself.

The boss fight against him I remember the most from the weird FF games I've played wasn't turn-based.

Buuut for me the thing that mostly intimidates me is not the combat, but how long playing the series would be, despite playing most entries. RPGs are so long. XD;

I actually thought those were pretty good, though that's about as far as my experience with the franchise goes and all I hear from the fan-base is complaints, so I have to assume the older games are the second coming.

Well... the Xillias are considered to be just a bit higher than the bottom of the barrel in the serie.

Vesperia or Abyss are considered king by most.
Graces F has one of the greatest battle system in pretty much any RPG.
Phantasia (the first game) is incredible even for its age.
Destiny and Eternia are both very good.

The ones to avoid are Symphonia 2 and Legendia. The handheld ones are also very hit or miss.

If anything, you have a lot of gameplay experiences to look forward to if you ever decide to experience them.

Yes. For games you've pre-ordered, the two-week window doesn't begin until the game has unlocked. Valve has always obliged pre-order refund requests, though, provided the request was received and processed prior to the game unlocking.
