Fragamemnon said:Unless you are playing online, then it's pretty much required. The DoW games don't work like the COH games where there is one base version of the game kept current for all players regardless of expansions. If you just buy the Soulstorm-less pack, you'll get a ton of awesome content but the online community for Dark Crusade isn't there anymore-we're all playing Soulstorm.
This may or may not be a big deal for you.

How is the soulstorm single player? I'm mainly picking this up to run through the campaign one more time.
I don't think I'll play DoW online once DoW2 is out.
Let me throw a swerve. For 15 extra bucks, whats a better buy Soulstorm or Clear Sky?

Tendo said:Indeed it does. Works fine on my vista 64bit. If you have a joypad it has no joypad support so i suggest downloading x-padder
There are many servers, but most are never full. Even so it is not hard finding a populated server with a good game going. It seems like most people do not have the hardware specs to play the game and it is missing the Assault mode, which is a real bummer and why most UT gamers are still playing the original and 2k4. Still worth buying though I say, I got it with the Epic Pack awhile ago.Hunter D said:Does UT3 have a decent community?

Bioshock, UT3, Beyond good & evil and stalker clear sky all for £23.71
Not necessarily. It could also be part of their annual contract, or just a PORTION of their markup. It could be why EA held off the store for so long.elostyle said:Since they could have hardly gotten every publisher on board with this but everything is marked down, I suppose we can now guess the ballpark of steam publishing markup fees.
This is exactly what I bought.Darkflight said:£0.99 - Blue Shift
