Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.
The only thing I can think of is sending yourself the gift via email, then taking that link and maybe printing it out and putting it in a greeting card...? It's not ideal though, since they would still have to type in the whole URL.

I don't know, I think there are a ton of insane deals that would be amazing to anyone who didn't buy every single at launch like us, lol. I mean sure games that just came out aren't on sale, but why would they be?

I just did it this way and it works fine.
Makes it $11.24 to upgrade from vanilla DS2.

A lot different. It's more Mirrors Edge with Zombies than a Borderlands RPG with Zombies.

The point is, all anyone has said since the announcement of no dailies was doom and gloom. It was like predicting the sun coming up. The bigger surprise (or bolder prediction) would have been if it wasn't disappointing.

I wish more people would realize that if they need someone to "convince" them to buy something or "sell them" on a game that it's probably not for them.
They'd probably be able to figure it out themselves if they did some research, but God forbid they do a little work and put a little effort into finding the answers they seek.
