In my cart I have Child of Light and Cities: Skylines.

I've been family sharing with my gf to play Cities, but want to play with her at the same time, that's why I'm thinking of buying it.

I'm just trying to find stuff to buy. I really want to try a more current 4X game, so I've been eyeing Civ V and Endless Legend. Thing is, I can't push myself to buy Cities and Endless at ~20$. Anyone play Civ V and Endless have opinions on which would be a better investment for 4X? Should I buy Cities for myself and Civ V, or keep sharing Cities with my gf and go all in for Endless (and the DLC)?

Civ V I don't know if I'll like the typical history angle whereas the new-ish take on fantasy in Endless has me thinking I'll get more playtime with that.

Homeworld Remastered... I played the shit outta Homeworld 1 & 2, although I never finished either campaign (Skirmishes with all tech available? Willpower to weak to resist). I want to remedy that, and do some multiplayer, but heard there was some issues.

Are they resolved now? Is anyone here able to talk me out of it, or should I just go for it?

The updates are frustrating. They seem to ignore the biggest issues but have fixed some. Also, Homeworld 1 now has dynamic difficulty poorly pasted on it, leading to sloppy mission structure.

I enjoyed the shit out of it on PS4. Best Dragonball game in a long time. But the horrible RNG in the Parallel Quests, which are optional quest to gain you loot and moves for your custom character, kept me from continuing to play it. Probably to my benefit actually, because I would've played it way too much. I don't know if they've adjusted that or not.

But yeah, if you're a DB fan, pick it up. You'll at least get a solid 20 or so hours out of it.

Holy shit, finally got fallout 3 working on windows 7 with this fix:

Step 1: Go to http://www.mediafire.com/?flgl2nct1du0y1x and download d3d9.dll. When you download, make sure you click on the button which says 'Download (1.74 MB)'. There are usually ads on this page and I would take it under advisement NOT to click on anything else.

Step 2: Move the .dll file to your Fallout 3 folder. This can usually be found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 3

Yes, its been pretty well discussed in these threads. It's to prevent peopel from idling for cards then refunding the game.

I played back on release and got to the three gold knights boss, helped a bunch of people online beat them and finally finished them myself. After playing a bit of Bloodborn at a friend's but not wanting to pay full price atm, should I take another stab at DSII?
How much of an improvement is Scholar over the original release?

I was thinking of buying the Dishonored DLC for $10, but that's a terrible price compared to the GOTY edition. Instead, I'll wait for Dishonored GOTY to go down to $7.50 next year. That'll show 'em!

Skullgirls is a good bet. It has a great tutorial that'll teach you fighting game basics, and although I haven't tried its story mode, I imagine it can't be worse than, say, SFIV's 20 second long anime cutscenes.

Skullgirls runs pretty well on my mid range laptop. It's got chain combos so you can string together some pretty cool looking moves from the start. It's also got a robust tutorial which is good for new players, and the smaller roater also makes it less intimidating. The single player is pretty standard fighting game single player though (injustice has a great single player if thats important to you, but I dont think the pc port is that great). I think Skullgirls is a good choice.
