Looks like the T is becoming a thing for Ferrari this year.

@Lotus_F1Team: Fancy seeing behind the scenes photos from our 'Back to School' teaser? Check this out --> http://t.co/Vg4CusAxQd #F1
Scares the crap out of me anyway. If Maldonado loses his seat, he can make millions by playing a villain in kids movies.

Grid penalties for power unit components carry over several races if necessary. If you need whole 6th engine you start from pitlane."

an academic question, but where would you all rank Jean Alesi among the standout names from the 90s? For sure, if you had stuck him in those all conquering Williams, he would be a multiple world champion, the man had serious talent. More than Hill and Jacques Villeneuve. It was just his hard luck he spent the prime of his career driving unreliable dogshit from Ferrari. on cursory inspection, his CV doesnt jump out at you, but if you think about the podiums he got in the cars he drove, especially with Tyrell, the guy could get podium finishes in cars that had no business challenging frontrunners.
Wow, they unfucked the styling of the California. Nice.
I just thought about Renault fixing their problems and then red bull comes to Australia and destroys everyone ...what if??!!!

It's official.
"Martini, one of motor racing's most iconic sponsors, is set to bring its famous white, blue and red colour scheme back to Formula 1 with Williams this year.
After months of speculation suggesting Martini could become Williams's title sponsor, sources have revealed that an agreement has been reached that will result in a full rebranding of the Williams car.
This advanced state of the negotiations was highlighted this week when images of an official Martini-branded Williams shirt appeared on a merchandising website briefly before being removed."

Same. Should (hopefully) be glorious. Surprised no-one's updated the Martini Racing wiki yet. People are normally all over that shit.Called it, can't wait to see the livery.

I take it the logos will be removed in countries where alcohol is banned?
That's an interesing one. Is the Jonnie Walker logo removed from the McLaren in these countries?
"Formula 1 is not epic anymore, the drivers are not heroes. The problem is that the changes are being made in an artificial way and that doesn't work.
"It may be fun for six months, but after that everyone gets bored, and once you start going artificial you have to do it more and more to the point where it's not even real racing anymore."
"The epic has been taken out of F1. The overtaking happens because you press a button, not because you make a special move."
"And they want to cater to the younger fans that don't have an attention span, and just want an overtake every two seconds even if it is a terrible one, because they don't understand it.
"I'm a purist and I love the sport. I loved the 60s and 70s, when the fans even enjoyed the races where only four cars finished and they were two laps apart.
"You respected what the drivers had done, what they had achieved.
"They are making a lot of decisions that in the long run is not helping F1."

They're talking about new regulations for the LMP1 category, 30% less fuel consumption.
Yup. For those who enjoy investing time in it (as fans), it's become less and less rewarding as the years pass.Villeneuve speaks his mind and... I agree with him in everything :/
It's really not looking good for Renault is it.

Yup, completely.
But with that said, Marlboro's colour scheme seems to survive just fine in all the countries where tobacco advertising is banned, so maybe Martini's stripes will be OK.
Kimi has already done more PR for Ferrari than he did during all his time at Lotus. Funny that.
Great move, Maldonado.

The Merc teams are going to dominate this season aren't they. I hope so anywa, would love a 3 way Merc/McLaren/Williams championship.
Or slow, but massively fuel efficient.
