I downloaded this from my account and it doesn't look like actual widescreen, just a stretched 4x3 image!!!!!!!!!!

Subjective. I do not think the game looks great. The blocky, LEGO-like aesthetics have not aged well.

Okay, I just reinstalled this and much to my disappointment it seems that it is just stretched instead of Hor+?

Am I missing something?

The patch is not released, yet.

Its only on public test servers.

Yeah, I just figured that out. Screen looks much better now.
