It remains as solid testament that he tried something what one would consider acceptable i.e. tried to get in and build a proper relationship, made sure her situation improved, nothing drastic/over the top. Maybe he will do something reckless if he returns now.

FUUUUUUUCK. FUCK FUCK. FUCK. Okay, this is one of the most stressful shows to watch. I guess happy time is over, for everyone but the killer.

I guess this episode answers what everyone was wondering, we are in the present, at least until Satoru gets his second chance. I'm still a bit confused why he choose to run away and not talk with the police, but I guess he was very confused with everything that happened.

So, about the killer... It seems that the older man in the pizza store is 100% the teacher(that became a headmaster now?), and 100% the killer. BUT, it seems to me that Hinazuki's mother and her boyfriend are not innocent either. It seems like they killed Hinazuki, if that short scene is anything to go by. The teacher seems to have taken the body and passed the blame to someone else(Yukki in that case), so I wonder what exactly is going on and what is his motive. Organ trafficking? Fuck, all of them.

And damn, even the present isn't really better now. I really hope Katagiri won't die and I really hope Satoru won't have to choose between her and Hinazuki. Too many parallels with Hinazuki. Katagiri was fucking amazing in this episode, especially that scene where she confronted the manager. I really hope Satoru was near and he'll save her from that fire and I guess I'm right because it's kinda hinted on the OP.

Man, I can't wait until next week, this fucking show.

Something about the overall character designs and look of this show really pleases me.
Lol at the villain, he's basically an 80's glam rock reject.

Biggest surprise for me was the effort that was visible. Like there was a hand-to-hand fight scene that had good choreography and no shortcuts like speed lines. Sure it was a little awkward but i admired the effort to even do that. Very promising start.

First, nothing that states he rules a school, he says school route, I have no idea how I misunderstood that. lol And he seems to be a detective/high ranking police officer based on the badge. Also, his name is different than the teacher's.

This episode returns back to the present, which admittedly is actually less interesting than what actions he takes in the past. So far there is not much tension to him being a fugitive. At least Airi gets some more development after being introduced in the first episode and then having ignored her due to the nature of the story. It means the present day situation from the first episode is not wasted.

That ending though, argghhhh! I don't want to wait another week to see how this ends!!!!

I liked the return to present and Katagiris involvement, but the fact that he's treated as a fugitive is a real bummer. It just doesn't make sense to me why he would act like this :/ But if Katagiris story is anything to go by, innocence doesn't mean shit anyway, so he probably did the right thing. Now get the hell back into the past and fix this shit, Satoru!
