Crashing this plane... with no survivors!
He gets eaten by a mermaid.
Close.

he was good in cabin in the woods at least
Rush was very well received.I like to think movie goers are smart enough to not see a movie for one actor when the movie itself looks like trash. Like all of the above movies.
I have absolutely no interest in racing but Rush made me want to watch every formula 1 movie/documentary I could find.Rush was very well received.
Yeah, that's why I've always compared it to Trick 'r Treat. If you like one, you should dig the other, even though they are thematically very different. They both have that fake comic book horror vibe going on.

Hang in there bud. Any day now.
I didn't notice that was him and I've seen that movie two times.

Deadline saying a 45-50% drop for Jungle Book this weekend. I know they aren't the most accurate with projections, but that is still a damn good number.
Holy Fuck.
Reverse BvS.
I hope WB learns from this and makes Justice League a Gorilla Grodd or Titano story (or both!)
YESSSSSI mean, Darkseid kind of looks like a gorilla if you squint hard enough...
Alternate Answer: Why stop there?

50% would actually be be on the weak side for Jungle Book. It had low Thursday previews last weekend, suggesting it wouldn't be as front-loaded as other big budget films. Family films also tend to have better legs than films aimed at teens/young adults.
Cinderella and Maleficent dropped 48% and 50% in their second weekends, and those didn't as strong of a reaction from both critics and audiences.
I look forward to your Civil War vs Finding Dory stream crossingBvS v Zootopia is my favorite box office story of the year. (And yes, I've played that up a bit, but the contrast is hilarious.)
Tomorrow, the streams cross.
It was posted already in the Cap review thread, but Boxoffice.com bumped up their Civil War prediction to $200M OW/$550M domestic today. I guess they are putting their money on the "Will play like the Avengers" horse.
New on the list are Finding Dory which they have at $109M OW/$390M total, and Central Intelligence ($52M OW/$155M total).
Everything else looks about the same.
I should point on that Boxoffice.com originally had How To Train Your Dragon 2 at close to $300M a couple of years ago, so it's not like these figures are guaranteed to be close.

That's crazy.
Guess Age of Ultron numbers WW aren't so outlandish after all.
We'll have a good idea next weekend
They mean didly squat for breakouts. So yeah, next weekend could be as useful as my back scratches.Typically how accurate are tracking numbers to actual performance?

I expected more from you guek, have i taught you nothing?
Dropping BvS was expected after this time. But for Winter's War? That has to hurt.Welp my local theater dropped BvS for Winter's War.
Zootopia? still running
Theaters dropping BvS? How will they do that big protest watch on the 6th
I am just waiting for tons of negative user reviews of Civil War to flood RT.Theaters dropping BvS? How will they do that big protest watch on the 6th
I feel like Finding Dory should be much bigger, considering how beloved Finding Nemo is.
But then, considering Pixar's recent output...
Protest watch?
Joke really, a few crazys saying they will watch BvS in on Civil War release date because critics were paid to shit on BvS

Man, BvS cratered hard again. What kinda drop we thinking for weekend?
Not too bad actually. It will probably be its first sub 50 drop as films that old usually manage at least 3x Friday for the weekend.
But hey, the steams finally crossed with Zootopia. Not too bad actually. It will probably be its first sub 50 drop as films that old usually manage at least 3x Friday for the weekend.
Edit: Friday to Friday is down about 40%
Is the 5th weekend weaker than Ant-Man/Thor 2 still in play?
On May 6th DC fans send a message! We see the movie again!
A film too big for little minds.
Friday studio numbers
The Jungle Book - $16.4M - $147M total
Barbershop: Next Cut - $3.1M - $28M total
Zootopia - $1.8M - $312M total
Batman v Superman - $1.5M - $316M total.
Nothing official for the openers yet, but the Huntsman will be roughly $7M.
But hey, the steams finally crossed with Zootopia.
