Kate Mara's a great choice, I already think Jordan as the Human Torch is brilliant - but the other two haven't sold me yet. Especially Jamie Bell. I'm very interested in what his Thing is going to look like. Never even heard of the new Mr. Fantastic.

Meh, was not a fan of Michael B. Jordan or his character in Chronicle. I detest Friday Night Lights. So not really a fan of hist casting. Jamie Bell is a good actor, but I'd picture him more for Reed Richards than for Ben Grimm. Speakng of which, Miles Tyler for Richards is just...all kinds of awful. Kate Mara is the only good casting of this group. Thus far, this is off to an incredibly terrible start.

Either way there are ways around it, I just assume everyone scratching their head in sheer wonder at how those two being siblings is even possible is the result of them not knowing that there is such a thing as adoption or interracial parents with kids from a previous marriage.

The rights would be a better off with Marvel for a multitude of reasons since the FF tie up a lot of great characters/concepts along with them. But this casting seems terrible even if it wasn't Fox going about it.

Besides that I look forward to seeing MBJ as Johnny Storm. Dude is a fantastic actor and seems like he has the charisma and charm too that's fit for Johnny Storm.

I remember thinking the same thing when Sony rushed Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance out the door to keep the rights to that character. That ended up being probably the worst movie I've ever seen in the theater. This is Fox doing the same thing. I fully expect this to make Spirit of Vengeance seem like fucking Spider-Man 2.
It can still be a decent movie, but the fact that it isn't MCU just makes it seem...wasteful I guess? feel the same way about ASM.
