Though keep in mind that Survival Game Club has Masahiko Ohta at the helm (director of Mitsudomoe, Yuru Yuri) and was actually serialized in the same magazine that once had Sailor Moon - its demographic may surprise you.
I also hold that Stella was a hidden gem, but that's for another time.

Minato's MP3 player in Persona 3 is a NW-S20x. His headphones of course are the Audio Technica ATH-EM700.
The joke always was that the soundtrack in Persona 3 is what Minato is listening to in the game.
In persona 4 people always joked that the soundtrack you heard was what Yosuke was listening to.

That was Star Driver level. Before this, the mecha stuff has been somewhat flat but this was definitely a return to form. I just want them to keep this level.

Maybe it's Star Driver level because they actually got a Star Driver animator on it! Takahiro Shikama did some of the action cuts this week, with the Ordinary sliding backwards dodging the lasers, and the cut where it kinda spins and goes through the smoke.

This episode was epic! It just felt like everything that has transpired so far has lead to this episode. And I did not see that coming with
Kiritsugu taking out Caster's Master.
Edit: I just read up on who Caster was based off of as I never heard of his name before. Holy crap dude. I got sick to my stomach just reading some of the things he did.
Yea I was just going through Sakuga wiki at the end of the episode. One of the better Star Driver animators. He did the great Mrs.Watanabe vs Takuto fight too. He does really good work with weight and smoke.
IIRC he was one of the two Cybody designers for the series, so he did a lot of mecha action throughout the series. He did all the best fights in SAO too!!!! Lol.

Started Haikyu and now I'm all caught up. Really well done. The humour's spot on and the characters are adorable, especially Tanaka and the libero.

Yeah, the characters play off of each other's personalities wonderfully. Probably my favorite thing about the show.
Also I'm glad Nishinoya showed up because now I understand all the Haikyuu characters that appeared in an old Haikyuu/Nisekoi crossover oneshot.

Mekaku City Actors was Mekaku Shitty Actors for me. But I think that this season, since I started to watch western dramas again pretty heavily, I don't have the patience for crappier anime shows that I would have let slide otherwise.

Sabagebu! has the talented director of Love Lab and the first season of Minami-ke behind it, so as long as the source material is halfway decent, I think it has a fair bit of potential.
Ryuunosuke searched far and wide to find happiness, but it turned out that what he really wanted... was inside him all along.
I think there's a valuable lesson to learn from this.

Oh yeah, the show. It's boring. There are only practice matches so far and on the horizon, so between all the training and these matches that don't mean anything there isn't a lot to get excited about. It will probably be like 4+ episodes at the very least until they have a real match.

A fun read. Just the right balance of drama, dark humor, action, and pathos. The justification for the
was fairly novel and the restrained pacing and scope of the story is commendable considering how easy it would have been add unnecessary bloat and exposition. The translation is good and reads naturally enough; the cutting of the Yoshitoshi ABe illustrations is unforgivable, though. It will be interesting to see how the movie measures up to the light novel.

I think I'm the only one I know of looking forward to Momo Kyun Sword. The tale of Momotaro, but as a magical girl and with prominent cleavage. It looks very anime, and I wouldn't want it any other way.

Rider is still being stubborn because he doesn't agree with Sabers ideals. So whatever. He's still kind of cool. Archer is awesome but still cray cray. And Lancer continues to prove why he's pretty much the best Servant in this Holy Grail War.

She looked pretty badass in the anime to me. My roommates username for a lot of things is Rakushun.
I never would have guessed.
That character worked so much better than the counterpart in the first book.

She was indeed pretty cool in Arc 3 , but she got even better afterwards.
OH and rakushun is just ... just ...well i have no words that can bring justice to how well made / presented his character is
