So my first impressions of the game are good. I was on the fence on getting the game, but hearing all the good impressions made me get it. I played for only 1 hour so keep that in mind.
I'll start by saying the tutorial is fucking horrible. Why not let the player choose from the start if he/she want to use gyro controls? Maybe they let you and I missed it, I don't know, just don't force them. When I finally set the gyro controls off (thank god) I decided to start playing online. Apparently you can only play 2 maps at a time and they rotate them. Is not as bad as it sounds, and I think is good since it forces you to learn the map, which is really important in this game. I waited 3 minutes for my first match to start, thankfully this only occurred once. For the first 4 matches I was getting used to the game. At the beginning it was a bit frustrating, specially because I was stuck with a shitty team. That said, when this game finally clicked, it was supper addicting and fun to play. I think the graphics are the weak aspect of the game. It just looks bland, even more than in videos. But the game has a lot of personality, and I really like the art direction.
That said I feel the $60 I paid feel a bit too much for this game, at least just judging it from the multiplayer content. The single player campaign might be engaging and long so it might be unfair to say the content is lacking, but a lot of people will buy it to play just the online portion like I did, and the content is just not there. That said, this game is just so fucking unique that I do recommend it. There is nothing like this game on the market.
