I thought it was some unknown blue beam that she's reflecting off her bracelets causing that explosive force field effect.
I don't think we are talking about the same scene.

Black level still not fixed, either.
weird.
the IMAX trailer also cut out the part about "be their angel" it now just says "be their hero"
are they trying to cut down on the religious parallels to not offend some of the audience?
It's the same suit. The yellow is the spray painted Joker text.Is this the Robin suit in the other trailer that had HAHAHAHA all over it? Seems to be slightly different, and more yellow but I'm not sure.
So what does Ben say after the line; 20 years in Gotham, how many good guys are left.
Is it, how many stay that way?
Dumb question: What's the E in DCEU?

George Miller directing one of the DC films would be a good thing if true:

I have no idea if the source is legit, however.

WB made Mad Max, why not ?
Frank Miller
Ezra Miller
George Miller.
It all comes together now.
And isn't there some comic guy with the last name Snyder too?
Poetry.

I never knew I wanted him on a Green Lantern movie until nowYes. Scott Snyder, the writer on Batman for the last few years, which caused a lot of confusion in one of the other threads as people got him confused with Zach Snyder.
A George Miller Green Lantern movie could be excellent.
It was an r-rated sequel to a franchise that's been absent for almost 30 years before its release, it did great considering. Also, Mad Max wasn't that great at box office with ~360.000.000 WW

It'd be great if Miller was given one of them comic book shindigs, but he must also be given the time to develop it properly.
Green Lantern will go to a desert planet and use his power ring to make a car.George Miller directing one of the DC films would be a good thing if true:

Maybe WB says to Miller:
"Yo make some superhero movie and you can continue doing those Mad Max movies."
Like they did with Nolan and Inception.

I think that he's going to be interested in a DCU project without anyone at the studio having to twist his arm.
Surprised at the poll results so far, I thought everyone would want him for Flash. I always forget GL has a large fanbase.
I actually think his humor in Fury Road would be a good fit for Shazam and he has experience with kid films as well. I could see him delivering a good Superman like film through Shazam that might be more inline with those that criticized MoS based on tone.

For all it's cut up to reduce runtime, the Wonder Woman thrown into wall shot is longer.

Hopefully they touch some of these effects up.
DC Extended Universe, it was used in the BatmanVSuperman article in EW and folks have kind of stuck with it.
Hmm, not really fond of it. Maybe they should call it DCFU - DC Film Universe or something.
I don't think we are talking about the same scene.
Probably don't want to be too much like MCU with the DCCU.
And can't really do it like animation w/ the DCAU/DCUA since DC Universe Cinematically just sounds strange
Never been a big Batman or Superman fan, but still enjoyed some of the older movies. However not feeling this movie at all.
Like I said, I'm not a big fan of these characters, but still big enough fan to buy Batman Arkham City and Origins for Wii U, also as a kid, watched the old 60s Batman, really liked the NES Batman game, went to movie theater to watch Batman & Robin, seen all the Batman movies, liked the 78' Superman movie and so on. This movie just seems so lame however.Maybe it's because you don't like these characters.

I actually had to watch the trailer again to even recognize who is who from the more major characters (ok, that's more to do with the way the trailer was put together and not recognizing the actors to begin with except Ben Affleck). Then there was lots of stupid poses and somehow overacted facial expressions by Superman, maybe the actor just sucks?, Superman's adoptive mom looks like some 30-35 year old woman with artificial makeup to look older (don't know how old she actually is, but it looks so fake in this trailer even if she was actually old). Lex Luthor looks ridiculous, I just can't imagine him being like that. And yet another "dramatic" "Batman's parents are killed" scene.Lame in what way ? There is so much in the trailer going on I don't know how someone would call it lame.
