The mirroring of Gyroscope and Grinspoons careers sadden me. Had such high expectations for them after their first album and EP and they took the easy mainstream route to success.
Yeah I only have to take 3 days annual leave and won't be back until 3rd of January. Incredible year for how the public holidays have fallen!
Finish up in 1 hour and start my 10 day break which doesn't require me to use any rec leave, love this time of year

This man speaks the truth. I prefer to just listen to Sound Shattering Sound and Guide to Better Living and pretend the other albums just don't exist. Although I didn't mind Easy either.
Man, I can't believe I ignored Dragon Age for this long. It really is Baldur's Gate 3. I didn't get it after I didn't really enjoy Mass Effect, but fuck me it's reminding me why I used to buy anything Bioware did

Gee, the new Mission Impossible sure sound a lot like Alpha Protocol. Also funny to see all the reviewers masturbating over Cruise after giving him so much shit these last 10 years. Feels good to hear the adulation for Brad Bird who deserves more respect than some people had given him when the news of him breaking out of animation was announced. Dude has huge talent.
Also Spielberg is now doing heartstring movies about horses? Come on man. Give me some fun again man. First trailer I saw was garbage but the second seem to show a lot more distinction with the important ties that bind him to the whole event. Tintin is the first Spielberg movie since Catch Me If You Can that I am excited to see.
Penumbra Trilogy for $6 at GMG or $8 at Steam! Wet pants! Heavily inspired by the latest Hollywood blockbuster The Thing which was released this year to critical acclaim!

I heard they did a non-union Mexican equivalent rip-off also called The Thing which is already out on Blu Ray and only $13! Or you can grab it along with the remake of 2001 called Moon for $20 total! The Iron Man dude is in it as the goo wrapped up in a t-shirt and gives a commanding and conquering performance similar to that of the DS tie-in game, which, oddly, enough, was created by the team behind Dementium which was the original inspiration for The Thing. idk i dont drink but yes id say the only way to drink is neat and slowly, untill you need to go take care of shit so you roll up your sleeves, gulp it all in 1 mouthful harshly put the glass down and go about your business.
