every book should come with an accompanying book that details the life of the author, publishing company, both of their financials, parents/lineage, historical political affiliations, taste in music, social media posts, etc.

after reading that book, ill be informed enough to know if its ok to read the first book

Money goes to charity with author's agreement, seems good to me. That's what he gets for being a classic Sega hater, wouldn't trust books with such obvious biases on the author's part anyway but hey, those who just look to reinforce their own will at least contribute to a good cause too now
