Carrots. People tend to over or under do peas and so they can be a bit both, a decent padding but not as good as a bit of carrot can be.

Either get reamed by a wholeseller that will take off your hands with little fanfare or you go the personal selling route which can be a pain due to postage, taking pics, negotiating prices etc. You might try to flog it to mates on facebook or something after seeing what CEX will give you beforehand.
